Friendly and helpful staff, regular room cleanings. The place also helped me with the transfer from/to the airport. The place is not far from Ayasofya, lots of tourist places nearby as well as restaurants and markets. The bathtub in the room was leaking which annoyed me a lot. In general the quality of the room was a little bit below of what I expected considering the price of my stay. The neighborhood is too noisy - I used earplugs for sleep every night and still didn't manage to sleep well.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The exterior of the building was beautiful and charming, giving it a very welcoming vibe. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was also quite good, with a decent variety and fresh options each morning. The location is perfect — just a short walk from Sultanahmet Square, making it super convenient to visit landmarks like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. I would definitely stay here again!

The property is quaint and has a local feel to it which was lovely. But what makes this hotel is the people, Murat and Yazim are absolute starts and make you feel like it’s a home away from home. All staff were friendly and always willing to help. Murat tells like it is, gives you all the options and lets you decide. Very clean and very well looked after. Location is excellent can walk to the blue mosque and Topkapi palace within 5 mins and Sultanahmet metro stop is about 10-15mins walk. Nothing that staff can control but the gym is too small and not enough space and the noise from the bar across the road which will kill business for a number of businesses in the area but neither are insurmountable and the rest of the experience makes up for it.

I felt like I was stying with family the staff were so lovely. The location was on a street with many restaurants and the Hagia Sofia and the Basilica cistern just a few minutes walk. The Grand Bazaar was also walkable. I could see the Hagia sofia and the Golden Horn from the adorable little balcony. Everything about the hotel was exactly what I wanted from an old city. Charming. I didn't use the spa but they were ready to heat it for use and I wish I had. Really wonderful people. When I forgot my phone in a taxi they helped me recover it although I had already checked out. I wish I could thank them properly. I have nothing to say here. It was everything I hoped. The rooms may be a little small for some expectations but I was completely happy with the cozy space.

very helpfull staff, great location needs refurbising (bathroom) windows with poor acoustic insulation which is problematic when You have 2 kids trying to sleep and there is a music club next door

Friendly staff, great location, good breakfast Spa area was out of action: hammam takes hours to warm up and was always turned off. Sauna was broken. Disappointing as i chose this hotel because it advertised having a spa.

The location very convenient to old city. The staffs are so nice and helpful with smile welcoming especially Kenan. He gave us direction to all best places to visit. The hotel is so cozy with nice atmosphere.
