Grand FM Hotel

I loved everything about this place! The staff were amazing and very welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was really comfortable. There’s also a lift, which was a huge help for me. The location was great, with easy access to public transport.

Location was accessible by the metro and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff (Younus) was very helpful. Walking distance to aksaray. 1.5 hours from IST airport via metro. Washroom was relatively smaller

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt welcomed. A major plus was that the reception staff are fluent in Arabic, which made communication seamless and added a very personalized, welcoming touch to the experience. The hotel’s strategic location is perfect; it is situated right in the heart of the city, providing easy access to all the major attractions and business hubs. Despite being in such a prime, central area, I was impressed by how quiet and peaceful the room was. The soundproofing is excellent, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Furthermore, the cleanliness was outstanding. The rooms and all common areas were kept in pristine condition, showing a high level of attention to detail and care for the guests' comfort.

During our weekend trip to Istanbul, which was our 6th journey abroad this year, we had specific criteria in mind: a satisfactory restroom, refreshing shower, comfortable beds, and a convenient location. I truly appreciated the staff's incredible friendliness and their unwavering readiness to assist. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and towels were changed daily. The hotel's location was definitely a plus, being incredibly close to the historic center. Getting to the hotel from the airport was a breeze, even without taking a taxi. Additionally, it offered great value for the money. The room didn't quite match the photos. It seemed a bit smaller and simpler than we expected. Nevertheless, it didn't significantly affect our comfort since we only used the hotel for sleeping. There was some noise from the cars outside, even with the window closed. The cleanliness of the toilet was not perfect, but I wouldn't say it was dirty either.

Thanks a lot for this hotel... We  enjoyed staying at this affordable hotel... The price is reasonable.. The location is excellent.. Near from all means of Transportation.. The room and toilet are clean.. The staff is very helpful,especial Mr. Ahmed and Mrs. Mahaba.. Our next visit Isa we will for sure choose this hotel.... Thanks a lot...

It was a very nice experience. The stuff was very helpful and very kind. My arrival was very early and they accept me and give me a room also at the departure I left the hotel late.thank you very much Grand FM.

Staff, especially Amir made his best in order to make our stay more comfortable and the breakfast, which started with delicious soup, crispy and warm bread Room for three persons on the top floor
