the room was outdated, needed renovation, there was a leakage from the sink and a lot of mold in the bathroom, thorn towels, bad sheets feels like not properly washed, in general a lot of dust and unclean bathroom

Good location, close to the city center. Not a single person in the staff spoke one word of English. Toilet seat was broken. Toilet paper quality was cheap. Window didn’t close. Safe didn’t work. Wouldn’t let us pay with card, despite the card reader being there in front of us. Took our passports. Shower head broke. No room cleaning whatsoever. Our card didn’t open the door at first, had to be replaced.

Good location, near the Yenikapi station. I booked a double room, which in the photos looked like a double, but I got a room with four beds crammed into it. The room had obviously not been vacuumed for a long time. The bathroom is very outdated, and due to poor maintenance there was a lot of accumulated dirt. The socket in the bathroom was broken. We received one roll of toilet paper for a 6-day stay for two people. Very strange narrow and steep stairs to go down to the breakfast room. The elevator did not work 4 out of 6 days. None of the staff speaks English.

The reception staff does not speak English. You simply cannot properly communicate with them. I booked a large room but got a room twice as small. The window view was into a hotel’s corridor. The flushing tank in the toilet didn’t work. The TV didn't work at all. There was a duvet in the room, but no sheets to put it in. I immediately asked for a room change, but I received it only after 3 days. Cleanliness is not at a high level. Out of a total of 6 days, the elevator did not work for 3 days. On two different occasions, the staff opened my room late at night while I was in bed.

We stayed here for one night whilst at the Champions League Final - it's a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. The room was clean and tidy enough, the air con worked. The shower hose was leaking and on its last legs and needs replacing.

Leaving to return home The nightly rate of stay was the only positive really. bare electrical wires in the bathroom where not good we had a vacuum cleaner trailed across the landing outside the room door for the entire time of our stay with a pile of clean towels on the floor. the night porter was fast asleep on the sofa with the entrance to the hotel locked when we arrived back late on Saturday night/Sunday morning. we where unable to wake him even though we where knocking on the door and window less than 2 feet away from his head.?? Twin room had very little to no room for movement

nothing the staff very rude, not English, lift, tv, bathroom ventilation far too noisy. check in supposed to be at one o’clock I arrive at 12:30 manager told me to left my luggage at the reception (because I have to go somewhere urgently) I back at about 3pm room still not available they was not offered any alternative, I’ll asked to look for other hotel but they didn’t care, in resumen I was waiting until pass 9 at night to get the room, I didn’t cancel because booking.com said not cancellation if it is whole money will charge. It was absolutely nightmare stay at that crap hotel, I won’t recommend to a civilised people.
