Everything is beyond expectations. Welcoming and friendly staff. Thanks to the receptionist that made my trip easy on airport transfer and spa slot for me. Location is strategic. Strong smells of cigarettes in the walkway.

Staff tried to make us feel good but, when you have so many things wrong can't be happy. several people complained. Very narrow streets, small breakfast room, dirty, cold tea, coffee with no coffee smell, just pure water. Very bad experience.

We arrived very late in the night due to flight schedule. The staff has been super friendly and I referring to the staff of the whole shifts I've interacted with. Part of the hotel was under renovation. The room was minimal. There was a microscopic wardrobe. The luggage itself must be kept basically on the bed foot and paying attention when you get up. There is a small desk immediately after the entrance which is basically completely crowded by water boiler and the container for tea/coffee/sugar. Internet was extremely slow and, during our stay, the system has been updated but, with no effects on the connection speed but with the side effect that we were no longer able to access. We went just one day to the 4th floor for the breakfast. It was a bad experience. The room, even through there was a great view, is definitively too small for the number of guests. The 'sweet' part of the breakfast was good but the 'salty' part wasn't.

The location was great. Staff was nice and friendly We have booked a standard room (which says 16m in the description) but the room we’ve got was nothing like advertised. It was so small that you could literally only walk around the bad. The bathroom was tiny, again nothing like on the photos, and the shower was like a small tunel, you could barely gen in. In was not even 50 cm large. The good point is that once we’ve raised the issue at the reception they gave us a larger room the next morning. This was nice but considering that the room that we’ve got in the first place was ridiculously small this is the least they could do.

Good location. Nice staff with the exception of the one at the spa, very rude. The breakfast food not good. The spa run by very rude people, no towels. I needed to cancel the appointment at the spa. The room very small and uncomfortable. The sink was so small there was no place to put something on top. The bathroom was not fully cleaned up when we got there.

The hotel is well located, all historical places are up to 10 min walk distance ( Sultanahmet, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazar, Basilica Cistern). Hotel staff is very kind and pleasant, they helped us with everything that we asked for. 4th floor is reserved for dinning. It was great to have a breakfast with Hagia Sophia view, food is delicious as well (10 types of cheese, our favourite dish). Top recomended! -

It was in a very convenient location, also it you had a day where you didn’t want to do anything there’s a rooftop restaurant and a spa downstairs
