The location is great! The room is old and bathrooms need improve.

Clean room, nice breakfast, fast wifi, best location. I will be in Istanbul for couple of days till October for business and I found my hotel. Hotel is next to the tram station. The location of the hotel was much better than I expected. Highly recommended

Best possible location for visiting the top sites of Istanbul...walking distance to all the Sultanahmet sites, and right on the tram line to get to other locations around the city. Nice breakfast terrace with a modest selection. Small wet bathroom, but a good shower. It was hot when we were there but the little hardworking A/C kept the room cool enough. Cold water in the lobby. Room was small and had very few places to put luggage, toiletries or other items.

Location is perfect, few steps to the tram stop, less than 500m to Ayasofia and blue mosque. Thank you for the stuff çigdem and kerem and ege they are so nice and helpful. They are very trustworthy. Bathroom is so small and very smelly. The most thing I didn’t like is the bathroom.

I just wanted there because terrace view which is also not very good. The AC stopped working. I selected a room with 2 beds without bathroom inside. Maybe, I failed to see the writing that says there is NO bathroom was so small. I paid 60 euros+20 euros to change my room from room without bathroos to with bathroom.

It was clean and staff were very helpful and communicated a lot even before our stay. And booked several activities in advance. Location was perfect. Very close to main sites and a beautiful view from roof deck. The photos had to have been taken 10-15 years ago. And no refurbishment since then. The hotel is very worn down. If you want a clean room at bargain price, it’s ok. But we would not recommend.

The location. Of sultanamet metro stop. Ladies who ran the kitchen for breakfast. This hotel is in dire need of renovation and update to justify the room rate charged. The photos do not reflect the current dated and broken room fittings, tired bedlinen and towels, mould and smell. I had the triple room and friends had a double room. Both bathrooms had fittings that fell off if touched. My shower was in the corner without screen or curtain which meant the entire bathroom was soaked when showering. The bathroom had no ventilation outside which meant it always smelt of mould or poorly cleaned pipes. He had no room to open his suitcase, and to shower it was easier for him to sit on the toilet to shower. The carpet was torn and lifting. No fridge nor safe in rooms. We left after finding alternate accommodation.

Location could not be better. Right in the heart of Sultanahmet and major sights. Tram right outside the door. Staff were very attentive and terrace had the best views. Room and bathroom very small.

The location was superb. It was the worst 100-Euro hotel room I have ever been to. The room was tiny and the bathroom even smaller, very smelly, with shower directly above the toilet and a lot of mould on the wall tiles.

Nothing The hotel, whilst centrally situated was surrounded by pedestrianised streets and tram only ways so a taxi could get no nearer than 400 metres. Room very small and dark - window was onto a brick wall and artificial light required all the time. Shower and WC tiny - shower soaked the WC and it was not possible to dry oneself in it - with many of the fittings broken. No rail/hook for towel which was hard, thin and grey. Hard bed with horrible bedding and I don't think my sheets had been washed from the previous guest. Only some hooks on the wall to hang clothes. No chair or table or any facilities apart from liquid soap in a container coming off the wall. Dirty

The hotel has an excellent position which was the main reason to book it. It is 3 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque, Aya Sophia and Top Kapi Palace, and the tram station is just few steps from the hotel. Above all, during night the street is peaceful as the street is closed for cars and trams don't operate during night hours. The staff are very friendly and ready to help you, particularly the manager Cigdem ready to help you even when she is not in the hotel. Rooms are very small, bathrooms need renovation, there is no elevator in the hotel but everything is very and the hotel location just help to accept the hotel limitations.

The hotel location is very good, you’re very close to the metro station so you will be able to go in all around Istanbul very easily. The staff was very good and welcoming, they helped me to have a good journey here and i answered all my questions about places to visit and how i can go there,specially Cigdem who was very nice. Thank you! Everything was good

the location, very central, breakfast delicious in the roof with amazing, breathtaking view. staff wonderfull, specially owner Cigdem. she did everything perfect for me. l'm glad to meet with her n/a
