The staff members were extremely friendly and efficient. Even supplied me with video footage of the storage area when I thought I had lost my jacket in there - turned out I put it in my laptop bag! Breakfast was very good with a great view out over the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The location is as good as it gets - in a quiet alley, but within 100m of the Sultanahmet tram stop on the T1 tramline. From there you could travel to the Grand Bazaar and the Bosphorus Cruises with ease. The hotel is also within a few hundred metres from the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. The workmanship when the room and bathroom were renovated the last time, leaves much room for improvement. Some of the power fittings were not properly fastened and the general appearance around the bathroom door (from inside the bathroom) was quite shoddy.

Property is dead center of restaurants, Hagia Sophia, blue mosque, topokapi palace, close to grand bazar and so much more. There are tons of restaurants below the hotel and the hotel next door offers discount if you dine with them as they are part of this hotel. The staff was very kind and accommodating and I was a solo traveler! They made me feel safe, welcome and it was just a very nice environment. The view from the top floor where breakfast is hosted is next level and the food was very delicious. Stay at this place and you won’t be disappointed. Just be kind and polite and treat people with respect and how you want to be treated. Really nothing at all. Everything was wonderful.

The staff was exceptional. Muhammet and Emircan were so helpful and always with a smile on their faces. Our room was clean and the breakfast was plentiful with an amazing view. The bathroom did have a strange smell when we first arrived, but it went away. The room was also a little hot so we had to have the door open to sleep each night.

Fantastic location close to all major sites, clean facilities, comfortable beds, modern, great discount on attached restaurant, fresh breakfast, incredible views from terrace, kind staff. Noise on lower levels facing the pedestrian area with restaurants could be loud late at night. Bring earplugs.

We weren’t allowed to use their rooftop breakfast restaurant to welcome new years eve.

Location Attitude of the reception, they shutdown cooling system with excuses of the weather changes while it still not cold, we were suffering of our stay as we communicated with booking team but unfortunately they won't respond to us, poor service, the only good things about the place is the location and the stuff working in breakfast area

Location is central and staff very helpful. The breakfast place has a very good vie of the bosphorus and our room alao has a beautiful view of the Blue Mosque A bit of a walk from the driveway if being dropped off by taxi

Location to the major sites. Walking distance to the Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and the Basilica Cistern. Many restaurants and dessert shops. A little dated inside.
