Ideal location, walking distance to many attractions. The day manager Ameer and the night manager Chetan were both courteous and provided exceptional service. Even helped us plan our day with great recommendations. Would definitely recommend this place.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely helpful, welcoming, and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, and the location could not have been better. It made navigating around the city so easy and convenient. I truly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay! Since the hotel is in such a lively area, it could be a bit noisy and loud at late at night into the early morning, but that is expected with such a central location.

Excellent location in the heart of the historic center. The staff were very friendly and responsive to all requests. The room was spotless, and the room service was excellent whenever needed. Emir speaks excellent English and was extremely helpful with all my requests, providing great recommendations for food, transportation, and excursions. I wish the room had been a bit larger, but given its location in the historic center, space is understandably limited.

Firstly, the pictures of hotel is misleading its surroundings are restaurants. It was noisy and we were on the first floor so could hear everything. The music stops at 1pm. The reason I am giving high marks is because the hotel was really nice and clean, comfy beds and really nice shower and staff exceptional.

Very professional stuff

Location was excellent. Our main reason to stay at this hotel was its proximity to Main landmarks and we were completely satisfied. Not only that the hotel was at the heart of many landmarks, we were also so happy with the Kindness and service provided by the entire hotel staff, especially by Mahmut & Cetin. We felt right at home. Thank you so much for taking care of us!

Everything was great.

They were so so nice and helpful! The location is perfect. Super close to the main square. Clean and breakfast is awesome. It’s on a side street which is normal. They were so nice I wish I didn’t have to say anything. It is not sound proof. Rooms are small.

The staff were really friendly, respectful and very helpful specially Ceten and Gencez, the place was very clean, also have an excellent location near sultan Ahmet tramway. break fast was great as well! Highly recommend it. Room is bit thight
