The hotel room was very small, and the furniture and facilities were outdated. It wasn’t comfortable or convenient for a family stay, as there was very little space for luggage or for everyone to move around.

Staff is great helpful and supporting all the time. Rooms are very clean and they clean everyday. Hotel is in good value and location is fantastic place in Sultanahmed. You have easy access to the city center. The rooms are very narrow.

We got a room that didn’t look like the pictures. Breakfast was poor at least at times we went.

The location near in the center of Sultanahmet was exceptional. There were numerous places to eat all around as well as plenty of sightseeing and shopping opportunities. The Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, cisterns, archaeological museum, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar were all very close. The neighborhood was a lovely place to wander in general. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was in a popular location in the evening and there was some noise from the street level cafe until very late at night. We were on the 1st floor and definitely noticed it, but with the window closed we were able to sleep. If you are sensitive to noise then be sure to ask for a room in a quiet location of the building.

We liked how a worker called, Enes ,helped us a lot , and discounted a lot of the fun things. The hotels were clean and very nice. It was also very close to all touristic places like Aya Sofia and Sultan Ahmed. We don’t see any problems with this hotel.

The hotel had a good breakfast with a nice selection to start the day. The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Perfect for a city break in Fatih area. Stayed here for 5 nights as a family. For the price, it’s a steal. The rooms were always clean. We asked for an iron couple of times, and it was always available. It’s right in the center of Fatih area and within 5 min walk to all historical places in old Istanbul. The breakfast was perfect with big variety of delicious Turkish delights. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to Mohamed and Moaz. Room was a bit small. The toilet sink need to be fixed in place

Notre séjour à l’hôtel Ayasultan a été exceptionnel du début à la fin. Les chambres sont magnifiques, élégamment décorées, très propres et d’un confort remarquable. Après de longues journées à visiter Istanbul, c’était un véritable plaisir d’y revenir pour se reposer. Avant même notre arrivée, nous avions envoyé plusieurs demandes via Booking.com, et l’équipe de l’hôtel les a toutes prises en compte avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et d’attention. Cela nous a permis de commencer notre séjour dans les meilleures conditions. Un immense merci à Abdelkader, qui s’est montré d’une gentillesse, d’un professionnalisme et d’une disponibilité exemplaires tout au long de notre séjour. Il a toujours répondu à chacune de nos demandes avec le sourire et a fait tout son possible pour nous aider. Son excellent service a largement contribué à rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation à toute personne souhaitant séjourner à Istanbul. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cet accueil chaleureux et ce service irréprochable ! Nothing

I had a wonderful stay at Ayasultan Hotel. The service was excellent, and everyone was welcoming. A special thanks to Enes at the reception—he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. He made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel!
