I loved the location of the rooms facing the lifts as well as the floor decor. There were 2 beds in my room,both of them set apart and too short and narrow making sleep uncomfortable due to likelihood of falling off the bed for a person my height.

I liked the rooms which were as the pictures described. The fact that it’s a short walk over the bridge to the mall was convenient. Great spa , sauna and steam room. During my stay as a lone female traveler, I felt that my personal boundaries were repeatedly overstepped in ways that were inappropriate and uncomfortable. For example, a waiter asked intrusive questions about my personal life, including boyfriends, which was entirely unprofessional. On another occasion, bar staff served me a coffee presented in a deliberately phallic shape and then laughed among themselves. I found this behavior immature, disrespectful, and offensive. Additionally, there was unpleasant gossiping from younger female staff at the front desk, which further contributed to an unwelcoming atmosphere. I find it hard to believe that a male business traveler would have been treated in the same manner. Service standards also fell well below what is expected of a five-star hotel. Room service food was of poor quality and arrived cold on two occasions. Basic details were consistently overlooked, such as coffee being delivered without spoons and ice buckets brought to the room without tongs. While these may seem minor individually, together they indicate a lack of attention to detail and professionalism that should not occur at this level of hospitality. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet the standards or conduct I would expect from a hotel of this reputation.

The reception was not kind or welcoming at all when we arrived. We asked if it would be possible to have two rooms on the same floor for our children, but he kept responding with negative statements, such as “no guarantee” and “you have to wait until 2 pm.” There was no sense of kindness or willingness to help.
