We encountered a minor issue with the AC one night but the staff were helpful enough to provide a fan until it was fixed.

Excellent service and excellent breakfast with nice two ladies who cook for everyone what they desire to eat.

They have signs that day you can have laundry 24 hours a day but it is only available during the day. They pick up at 8 am and drop off at 5pm.

The staff were incredibly friendly. We only asked for a room with a big window, but ended up with a room that had an amazing terrace. It turned out to be perfect for the New Year celebration — the fireworks were literally right above our heads. Unforgettable! The team and the hotel truly made our celebration special. Special thanks as well for the breakfast — a great balance between daily variety and familiar essentials. Simple, healthy, and really well thought out.

Central We stayed in a renovated building away from the hotel. Seems like it used to be apartments. Breakfast was again in another building. The ad on booking.com was a bit misleading… showing the mosque instead of the actual hotel, and showing a huge discount, I cant imagine this room going for a higher price than I paid

Everything is great. The hotel consists of 2 parts

The property has great location, reasonable amenities and daily breakfast. We loved the neighbourhood and the place is 5 mins walk to Hagia Sophia, blue mosque and another 5-8 mins to tram station. It is easily accessible to Ubers and connects to main highways. The staff were super polite, very welcoming and always ready to help. Highly recommended for small families. Nothing really. The breakfast was in adjacent buildings rooftop. It’s quite decent. Everything was wonderful.

- location, close from the places and in the center of the city. - clean property. - staff are good and give advices and recommend places to visit. - staff helping in arranging tours and places to visit. - the restaurant view is great. - I stayed in one floor and my kids in other floor due to shortage in the rooms. - the property is small but this is the style for the area. - the restaurant location in other building front of the hotel.

The staff is very friendly, specially the guys in the restaurant they always treated us very kind and offered us Turkish coffee in the breakfast, we loved. The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel is well located and you can have easy access to the main attractions in Istanbul. They help us to made a early check-in.

Location is really great for exploring Old Istanbul. Nothing about the hotel, but taxi drivers in Istanbul!!! They are dishonest. They turn on meter, but DEMAND CASH (not even once they would go by the meter and accept credit card). AVOID TAXIS IN ISTANBUL- use public transport with IstanbulKart that is very easy to use.

Our stay at the Hippodrome Hotel was pleasant. The location is excellent—within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace. The cleaning service was very good, and the staff were helpful. However, bottled water wasn’t complimentary; we had to pay for it. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the kids especially liked it. One downside was when my younger son asked for some extra sausages, and they said they were finished. I found this disappointing because I saw them preparing food in the kitchen and believe they could have made more. It felt like they might have prioritized locals, as we were not offered the same. My son was quite upset

1) The room (we had the room at terrace), my husband loved it since it's convenient for him to smoke outside whilst enjoying the view, I loved it too for its privacy, 2) the location (walking distance to Blue Mosque). Nil.

From the moment we were still on our way the day before our arrival, the hotel was already accommodating us. I was so impressed by how kind the manager, Ms. Arzu, was. They allowed us to check in early and even provided a temporary room for us to rest in after our 10-hour bus ride, while our actual room was being prepared. Not only that, but they also served us a delicious breakfast with many options to choose from. The hotel is very clean and offers a beautiful beachside view. The breakfast area has a stunning view of the Blue Mosque and the beach, where you can even see a lot of seagulls flying around. Another great thing is the location—it’s perfect! You’re close to many shops, restaurants, and the train station. All the staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, from the porter to the receptionists and the cleaners. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. This will surely be our go-to hotel every time we visit Istanbul. Once again, thank you to everyone at the hotel!

Fantastic location near the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia. Lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Spacious room with a fantastic view of the Mosque. Lovely staff.
