Beds were great. Breakfast was great. Service was great. The hairdryers in the bathroom were so weak that we had to request a separate one. Pool was too small for a 5-star hotel, it was basically for kids.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Sisli. I was welcomed by guest relation manager Mr. Samet Cevik who facilitated for me an upgrade to the 6th executive floor. That had a fast and positive starting impression. The location of the property is great alomst all what you need esp public transportation within few minutes walking distance. The room is clean and resonably sized. The cleaning of the room is done on a daily basis and the quality cleaning Manager Mrs Jahida checks on a daily basis to ensure that the cleaning took place. The wifi is great and the breakfast had many selections. It is a good value for money given all the above and it has a Gym. Nothing.

Location is great, very convenient. Bed is comfortable. Room service food is Ok, decent. I like holiday inn and was quite disappointed. Cleanliness. The whole floor was smelling (I was on the 5th). Generally textiles are not cleaned. Some towels were quite old. Black mold on the ceiling of the shower. Bedsheets were clean though. Amenities were basic but ok. No mini bar. empty fridge with 2 bottles of water. Overall, other than the location not worthy for the price. I moved out and with less than 20-30% I got better conditions in the other hotel in the same neighbourhood.
