Staff was great. Rooms have mold. Smell of cigarets. Windows frames bended and you can hear noise from outside.

Everything is great, the location is in the center of Istanbul and easy to access everywhere, the hotel is very clean and the staff is very professional and personable and always helpful, especially Mr. Farhad and Ms. Buse, and I would like to thank the experienced management Mr. Miktat for our good stay.

It was more like a 2 star hotel than a 4 star hotel. It felt like we were in a getto area with lots of mechanic repair shops, not a holiday stay invironment. Scenery was unpleasent. Room was very small. No tissue paper and toulet paper not enough!!!!! False advertising for the gym. Scary to go there. Was a storage room with workers.

Nothing at all,,everything was disappointed,,the building,, ??the location??..the staff were rude , especially the one who work at the restaurant. I didn’t like the hotel at all.. the location is very bad.. it is a place to fix cars..just like a garage.. the rooms are very small and narrow.. the staff were not kind at all.. difficult to reach by taxi.. I don’t recommend it especially for families.

The location is very bad, it looks so nice in the pictures, but upon arrival, you will be disappointed, because it's nothing like described. It's indeed close to most of the popular destinations, but the hotel environment is bad, unfortunately. On top of it, we stayed at the roof floor, where the heat was unbearable and the room was dirty. Not what I was expecting, especially taking the price into consideration, paying too much for 3 nights!!

Very nice staff and they are very helpful , they upgrade my room when I was complaining about the one reserve !!! The staff nasrettin and Arkin are very good guys .. they do there best to make your stay wonderful.
