A charming little hotel with an unbeatable location. The room is compact but perfectly comfortable — great value for what you get. The staff is genuinely the highlight: warm, friendly, and always ready to help. They even made sure my friend got breakfast before her early morning departure, which was a lovely touch.

The hotel experience here was good, the stuff is friendly, the room has everything necessary and very clean, and the view was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The location is a bit far away, and the room was a bit too small - hardly found the space to locate a big luggage open.

I’m also deeply grateful to Ms. Selbi and the housekeeping lady for their warmth and excellent service. Although I was traveling alone, I never felt lonely — everyone here treated me like family. This hotel is more than just a place to stay; it’s a home filled with kindness and heart. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking genuine hospitality and peace of mind. I also didn't have any noise from the bed or neighbours. You should also mind that the Morning Adhan is clearly heard. It depends on you if it is good or bad. I stayed at this place in two different rooms. The first room had a terrible AC/Heating noise that drove me crazy and I had to turn it off during night. I switched to the second room and it was better but still this is a simple maintenance problem that could have been fixed ages ago. The breakfast is rather modest. The first two days I was alone while I was accompanied with two more in the last 3 days. The brought us the same breakfast portion as they brought me in earlier days. I also expected a bit more variety or maybe a buffet. You should also mind that the Morning Adhan is clearly heard. It depends on you if it is good or bad. All Istanbul hotels including this one are expensive compared to the value you get.

The rooms were clean, good breakfast, staff friendly and enthusiastic especially Yusuf, Ahmet and Selbi. Hotel is near Taxim Centre n other shopping areas.

The only thing I liked about the property were 2 of the staff, YOUSSEF & AHMED. These guys are unbelievable in hospitality and made me and my wife feel the best and made up for the horrible hotel. Youssef and Ahmed are the best thing about this hotel, period. Also room service girls were great and knew how to clean up very well, all of them. The front desk girl that works between 2pm and 3pm (don’t remember her name) was the worst one of the staff. This girl will single-handedly raise your blood pressure and cause you diabetes disease. She will not help and will not understand and will push you to your most angry self ever. Very bad. The street of the hotel is absolutely horrible. The street is like an old town in a third world country, and it’s like on a down hill and low tier super markets around it and horrible scenes from the windows. The street of the hotel is the worst thing about it. Other than that, old rooms, old windows, old nightstands and beds (the mattress was comfortable). Scratched woods everywhere etc…

The hotel is located near Taksim Square, offering easy access to all parts of Istanbul by every type of transportation. The hotel itself is very good, with a delicious breakfast and helpful staff who are always ready to assist. The internet connection was excellent and worked smoothly throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Istanbul.

The hotel staff was super awesome. I forgot her name but the lady with a blonde hair is so nice and super helpful with all my requests.

The property was nothing like the picture. It was very far from any means of transportation, not to mention the slopes that were not suitable for anybody not old people anybody it was in a very bad location, noisy not clean very far from Transportation unlike the reviews they were very misleading. This hotel is overrated. The people in the hotel were not at all Helpful. They didn’t even clean the room regularly and the last day they didn’t clean it at all the breakfast was agreed disappointment very misleading reviews. Take care. The location was very bad.
