Inera Hotel Pendik

Location is quite good, at least meet my expectations. Also the matrasses on the bed were Ok. The staff was unable to find a booked room for us, finaly we had to swap the room and the final room was completely dirty with broken shower and did not match the booked one. The entrance to the hotel was very dirty, unproperly maintained and unclearly understandable. The room, the hotel (both equipment and staff) are not matching what was offered on booking.com.

The best thing about this hotel is its location .. local brand shops, restaurants and the sea is all with in 5 minutes walks The room stunk of smoke smell .. stained carpet .. air conditioning wasn’t working and water supply was unstable.

There was no air conditioning and it was noisy outside. Definitely not a comfortable stay. Not recommended. Nothing

Location very good, the room was bigger than average.

The location is very good since the Marmaray is 10 minutes away and the coastline offers a variety of bus routes. The area is overall safe, and it is also quiet. The photos are accurate to the reality of the rooms. The water pressure was inconsistent, and we could hear a slight noise from other rooms, which was acceptable but still something to consider. Our room had stains on the carpet, which did not look appealing, but it can happen. It looked more like cigarette burns.

The location is perfect. Very close to restaurants, shops, train and metro stations. Close to the seaside as well. Everything is within a walking distance. The partial view from the balcony where you can see the sea. Hatice hanim was very nice, smiley and helpful. The first impression of the receptionist was not very pleasant. The hotel room which they called a junior suite does not really deserve this name. It's a basic hotel room with a balcony. The room was not very clean. There was dust on the table, marks from the cloth on the mirrors in the bathroom and in the room. Behind the bed there is something like a glass wall which was so dirty and you can see oily palm/hand's marks and other debris. The room was supposed to be non smoking but nevertheless there was an ashtray on the table and also cigarette burns on the carpet. It is clear that it has been smoking in the room. The air-conditioner was very odd. No matter at what temperature you adjust it, it does whatever it wants. It works, but very strange ways and often it turns off itself. The upper part of the shower could not be used and we asked the receptionist to send someone to fix it. Nothing has been done. We then asked the second receptionist (they are 2 on rotation) and he sent us the cleaning lady/technician after we paid him a tip. She came with a pair of clips and left them to us, so we could use the shower. There were no blankets available. Only 1 sheet. Then we asked for additional sheets because it was either very cold or very hot in the room. The balcony door, which is huge, is kinda broken and does not close fully, so there is a gap in the top corner. There were very strong winds during our stay and a very loud and scary sound came from that door gap. One gets the impression that there is a snow storm outside :D Hatice hanim tried to fix it but it was not possible, of course. It needs professional fixing.

The room and its shower and lighting were great as well as the AC worked very well. I felt safe and comfortable and the front desk attendants were very friendly! The internet was unsecured and very weak.

We had 3 different rooms , all of them was reeking with cigarette smell, i had to sleep in a room where it was like 3 people were constantly smoking next to me , the next day when we left the hotel even my clothes were smelling like ciggarettes !

We like everything the hotel was amazing very clean very friendly stuff the late us check on early with big welcoming and the front desk Mr yakub very friendly and the location amazing in the center to everywhere you want to go walking distance of course we will be back soon

Amazing location and super staff. Very helpful and friendly. Super close to tons of restaurants and a lot of shopping. It’s not a tourist the area so the deals are actually really good deals and the food is priced well. Another advantage is a five minute walk to the ferry. Nothing. Liked it a lot!

The location is great—most places in Pendik are within walking distance. We were heading to Yalova, so it was perfect since the ferry terminal is close by. The staff were very kind and even upgraded us to a bigger room for free. They were quick to respond to any requests, the rooms were very clean, and the value for money was really good. The hotel is in a very central area, which means it gets noisy at night. The building doesn't have good sound insulation, so motorcycles and loud cars with music can easily wake you up.

Staff was very friendly. Special thanks for Ugur. Nice location - really close to Marmaray, just 5-10 min walk All rooms are smoking. Customers should be informed about this, Non-smoking rooms are highly recommended.
