Staff. Location. And quick Taxi ride to the marina. Little bit away from anywhere close to eat out. But with the area been well developed I think it will not belong before that changes.

Railway is very close, so It's noisy in the room. Breakfast is not possible in winter time. All the rest is perfect.

Beautiful, quiet place in Pendik with lovely views of the ocean and a quiet garden. The staff and management are polite and helpful. I found this place very relaxing, and also convenient as there are many restaurants and stores within walking distance so you don’t need a taxi or car.

Everything is new: furniture, bathroom. Comfortable bed, good shower. Perfect for one night. Room is too small, but it’s ok for one night

Hotel on a very nice location, easy accessible. Personal were very helpful and although arriving around 11pm reception was still open and I could check-in. Rooms were very clean and well designed. Airco included. We even had a nice balcony, my son enjoyed watching the trains passing by, but also seeing planes flying over. With the private parking we could park our car safely directly next to the hotel. Nothing really. Although directly next to a train station we didn't had any noise issues.

The hotel is not far away from the beach and there are some shops within 5-15min walking distance. The bathroom was quite nice, it felt that the renovation was recently done there. The staff were helpful. Waste bin was broken in the bathroom. The bedsheets and curtains could have been cleaner. When I returned to the room I could smell cigarettes, as if the smell was coming through the ventilation, but the smell would go away when I turned on the AC. I would have preferred for breakfast to start earlier.

In early morning there were cigarette smelling so much, it came from bathroom I guess I informed them of course, it wasn’t stand it

The room was excellent, clean, and comfy. The location was bad. The first neighbour was a gas plant and train tracks. The price of the stay is a little too high for the location.
