The service standards are world class . Reception manager Basil , and staff member Ghassan went above and beyond to make my stay a memorable one . Always offering advice , and attention to my inquiries and requests. I actually extended my stay by an additional night , just because I felt so welcomed at the hotel .

All was perfect a very good location just 2 minutes to Taksim square , cleaning every day , breakfast was very good, the staff amazing specially Mr. Ghassan and Mr. Basel thank you for everything , I highly recommend this hotel Nothing

Clean rooms, good breakfast, great location it's 2 minutes to Taksim square and metro, the neighborhood itself has a lot of restaurants and stores around, the receptionists were very friendly, they helped us get a reliable taxi to the airport last minute big thanks to them! Everything was good.

The hotel room is clean, comfortable, has all amenities we need, and is located in a great area where there are many restaurants and supermarkets at short distance walk. It is also a short walking distance from Taksim square and metro station. The breakfast was great and has good variety of food to choose from. We will definitely come back to this hotel in the future. It is a great value for the money you pay. We highly recommend it. No complaints about anything.

The only good thing in this hotel is the receptionist Ghassan The cleanness and the hot water wasn’t available for couple of hours

The location is superb and the staff is very friendly and professional especially Mr. Basel the front desk manager. The breakfast was good, and very affordable accommodation.

Excellent, somewhat removed from the noise of parties and very close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. This hotel boasts respectful staff, especially the helpful and attentive receptionist Ghassan. The hotel entrance is very ordinary. The breakfast is not varied but it is tasty, as if it were for a three-star hotel or less.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The rooms were very cozy. The location is perfect — very close to Istiklal Street and Taksim Square, and also near the bus and metro stations, which makes moving around the city super easy. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always attentive. They constantly checked in to see if we needed any help and made us feel very welcome. Special thanks to Basil, the Front Desk Manager, and his assistant Ghassan — both were incredibly helpful, friendly, and truly made a difference in our experience. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again! Nothing
