The staff was very helpful, especially Mr. Isa, who made my stay so smooth and worry-free. I highly recommend this hotel—it’s simple, comfortable, and, most importantly, a non-smoking facility. The breakfast area is a bit cozy and can get a little busy at times. However, the staff, on the other hand, is working really hard to make sure everyone feels welcome and comfortably accommodated.

Rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast was repetitive but overall good The shower ceiling had mold. The room is very dimly lit.

He went above and beyond for us and also special thanks to Mr Ahmed and the rest of team, I tried several hotel in different area in Istanbul but this hotel is something else, I was there on November and I tried again this January, I will definitely not going anywhere and recommend it to all my family and friends or whoever wants safe, cleanliness, peace location, and if you care about your family this is the best hotel and to be honest the price is so great, overall everything about this hotel is fabulous, Thank you so much again to Mr Isa and his team, I felt home when I was there, See you soon ? Everything was wonderful ?

Nice hotel , very good team especially “Ahmad” , they’re all helpful . Clean and comfy room , the place is near to everything you need and it is about 4 mns from Taksim square . Thank you for everything . Just one thing , it is located near to a Pub that starts making noise from 1 am till morning .

I had a wonderful stay at Faros Hotel Taksim. The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, very close to shopping areas, restaurants, and everything you need to enjoy Istanbul. A special thank you to Ahmed at the reception for his excellent attitude, professionalism, and warm hospitality. His helpfulness truly made a difference and added great value to our stay. TV wasn't working. Breakfast options can be better.

Location and breakfast And most importantly the staff their are very friendly especially Ahmed on the frond desk he was really helpful and made sure we got everything we needed in the hotel and even offered discounts on the external services (tours, airport transport, etc...). Room was small and the TV was not smart and didn't have a lot of channels to watch. Almost didn't open it at all.

Very comfortable, fresh complete breakfast, great location, staff super friendly and helpful. The only dislike is not really about the hotel or staff, but the fact that some guests do not respect the ‘no smoking’ policy inside the hotel and rooms. Sometimes I got cigarette smell coming into the room from the hallway.

Easy to locate. Affordable. Allow that people smoke closer to rooms, if you don’t like smoke, really is uncomfortable

The cleanliness of the rooms was very good. The employees were very polite and friendly. The hotel location was good. The room was a bit small for three people. There was a little space for 3 people's belongings. The breakfast was good, but there was no variety that changed every day and it was the same type of breakfast every day. But it was still good.
