I loved this hotel. The location is excellent a few mins walk from taksim square, istiklal street, and the metro. The staff are very friendly and kind. The hotel is very well maintained..it's like new.. and the rooms are nicely furnished. The room was very clean. Breakfast was good too. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thanks for your help and great service.

Front desk staff was kind The room smelled like smoke. 2nd floor room 201. The noise was horrendous at all hours- taksi's honking and people yelling in the streets with tons of traffic. Zero sound proofing in the busiest of neighborhoods. Could not sleep at all any of the 7 nights I stayed. Honking and did not cease until 4am. Could not get the smell of smoke out of my sinuses the entire time. So sad because the room was beautiful and would have been very comfortable otherwise. Looked just like the photos. But neighborhood was too vibrant for my liking for not having sound proof walls/windows to the outside.

This was a very good hotel in a good location. Very clean room and friendly staff 24/7. Only a few minutes walk to Taksim. I will definitely stay here every time I visit. I highly recommend staying here.

Hotel location was perfect. Next to taksim square but not so close avoiding louds. It was quiet at night in general. The room was very clean, comfortable, bathroom perfect with plenty of room.

The hotel was conveniently located near Taksim Square and had easy access to Istiklal Street. The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing for a comfortable stay for two nights. I'll definitely stay here again. Thank you for upgrading my room. As it is near Taksim Square, the noise of vehicles due to traffic in the alley continues until dawn, so earplugs may be necessary. But After a full day of walking, I slept well on the second day.

The staff were very considerate, helpful, and friendly, and the location was perfect. It was easy to get anywhere in Istanbul from the hotel. Also the price is right, excellent value! Don’t know, I’d certainly go back if I ever have the good luck to visit Istanbul again.

Cleaning services thats all. DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS HOTEL. Not Recommended at all Overall service. Nothing was upto expectations. Hotel staff was not professional at all. They were throwing comments when I go in and out of the hotel with my wife. I could have made a huge deal but they were ignorant. Being professional was not their thing. Dont stay here Their breakfast was the most un-healthiest breakfast i have experienced in Istanbul. Rotten breads, smelly food, my wife and I got food poisoning having this breakfast. Their plates were not even the same and not even clean. We stopped having breakfast here even I paid for it. I lost money and health. Lets talk about the room, 2 nights we had to struggle with AC, it was super hot and the AC was not functional at all. We had to wakeup and turn on AC every 30 mins and you can imagine the pain. I had to request tons of times and then asked for room Swap. They did it but got a small room but AC was ok but the bathroom was giving us hard time. Taking shower was pain, no cold water, water was blocked and i can just stay disappointed and angry. Their location is not too prime either, there are many options that can be utilizes. We stayed mostly out of hotel and just decided to come back in night to sleep couple of hours. I couldn’t take ot anymore and checked out one day prior as my wife and I were super uncomfortable. I love Turkey and will come back but not to this hotel. I will recommend to stay away from this place and choose another option.

Perfect location for the airport bus and close to Taksim Square with shops and restaurants. Staff were always welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. The room was a good size and had everything we needed. Nothing

Nice, easy, visible location. Close to Taksim and many shops. Staff were nice & helpful. The room was spacious, beds were comfy, bathroom was big and shower/ jacuzzi were amazing. Only 1 room card given.

Very close to Taksim Square, a 2 minutes walk. Staff was more than willing to help with anything. We had free parking right in front of the hotel. Clean and modern rooms. Also, nice breakfast.

The location was great, nearby restaurants and groceries. Close to Taksim Square. The young guys at the reception were very friendly and supportive esp Serdar. Flexibility for late checkout whenever possible, I got extended for two hours. It will be nice if the reception area and hallways get air-conditioned better.
