I would recommend smoke detectors because there was people smoking in the hotel and as someone with allergies it bothered when I was trying to sleep.

Great stay ! The location was perfect, in the middle of Taksim (2 minutes by walking to Taksim square) so close to everything I needed. The room was spacious, new, and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast could have a bit more variety.

The only good thing about this hotel was very close to Taksim Square. Overall, it was not a hotel to stay. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone to stay. The hotel was very old.dirty carpets with no renovation , you smell cigarettes all over the places, even in the rooms. Cigarette scent was inside carpet, curtain and..... it shows 4 stars in booking.com. However, it was not even 2 stars. The breakfast buffet was so cheap..the windows were not double layers, and since the hotel was located in the heart of a crowded place, you couldn't sleep because of crowd noise. I asked to change my room because of a ciggarrett smell and they didn't. The staff tried to be nice but hardly communicated in english. It's ridiculous for a hotel that tourists have a hard time communicating with staff. Overall. It's not worth the amount you pay and so expensive with this service.

The Wi-Fi signal in my room was very weak, so I couldn’t use the internet properly and had to rely on my mobile data. Also, the breakfast needs more variety.

It’s closeness to pretty much everything especially the underground metro station. Nothing!!

The staff were excellent in all areas. We spent 5 nights at the hotel, the daily breakfast was fine and the restaurant staff were very helpful. The reception staff and concierge crew were very effective whilst also being helpful and attentive. Housekeeping staff had our room looking great each day. The hotel is in a great location for tourists. N/A

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially their their bellboy Kumran was a gem! Always ready to help us - he’d appear like magic while we’d be fumbling for our room cards (which happened more than I care to remember), ready to give a hand with the shopping bags, available to give directions, call a taxi - I could go on and on! Zubaida the cleaning lady was also great - tidied up our rooms immaculately! Location, service, price, amenities, hygiene everything was super! Over all great experience!

Exceptional breakfast and extremely polite staff. And a very clean hotel. That's all I needed for a 10/10 rating. Spa doesn't have any facilities and is very old.
