Taksim Gonen Hotel

The Location is Perfect, Right away from İstiklal Square, The Receptionist Staff were extra Nice & professionals, especially Mr. MOHAMMET, when I checked In, he offered to Upgrade the room with a Sea View at the 10th floor, without extra charge and without even asking ! and when I checked out, they were like (Hope you enjoyed your stay) without even waiting me up to check the room. I asked the Hotel for a Taxi on my check out, Mr. EMRAH, tried his best to find me the best cheapest offer to my destiny, Super Nice & Helpful. They also have verities in their Breakfast, Also serves Lunch & Dinner. The AC in the room were SUPER ! The Shower was Comfortable & Hot Water all the time. Quiet Hotel in a Busy Area Its Highly recommended for Families, Friends, Alone and I would love to repeat my stay

The hotel is clean and has alot of facilities. The location is super perfect, its just like a 2 min walk to Taksim square. They serve good breakfast and their spa is super amazing. The neighbor hood is a bit noisy and thats it. Other than that everything was outstanding!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff where exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Mohammed at the front desk. We had a beautiful room with a great view and we enjoyed the roof topp resteraunt with great food and view. The spa and sauna was also very good. The area is very lively and fun. Not much to say gere.

It was so clean and organized. Staff were really helpful and offered us a really good room for our honeymoon! I especially want to thank Mohemmet, Emed and Emran for their hospitality and professionalism.

The location was good Some of the staff had a poor attitude and the breakfast was very below average - every morning felt like a canteen dishing out food vs being at a 4 star hotel. The staff was also not friendly at all. We had to complain to the front desk to get water bottles daily, when I tried filling up my own water bottle at the breakfast dining area I was told I wasn’t allowed to do that. When I tried asking for a late check out, I got an outright ‘no’ without even checking if there was anyone checking into my room later in the day.

Good service, clean and comfortable Construction

The staff, reception guys like almost everyone was very helpful and warm In the room my bed was not stable and a little My bed was uneven and The toilet seat was damaged and made it uncomfortable to sit But totally everything was fine
