I booked a Superior Room with Breakfast Included through Booking.com and paid based on the amenities listed in my reservation. When I arrived, the staff member informed me that the hotel does not offer breakfast and insisted that my reservation did not include it. I asked him to print my Booking.com reservation in English, which clearly stated “Breakfast Included.” Even after seeing the confirmation, he maintained that breakfast was not included and said he had contacted Booking.com. Because the hotel was unwilling to provide the reservation as confirmed, I chose to leave immediately without staying. The property also refused to issue a refund. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property. I encourage future guests to carefully review their reservation details upon arrival and ensure that the services advertised in their booking are actually available.

The staff at the front desk have been really amazing and attentive to our needs. The place is very clean and is located around all what you can need from supermarkets, restaurants and also shopping outlets with almost direct access to the metro station.

It was a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The hotel staff were all friendly, polite, and always had a smile on their faces. The room was clean, and considering the price and its location close to Taksim, it is one of the best options available.

Excellent location, a good hotel, and a spacious, comfortable room. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. There was a small misunderstanding during check-in, but it was resolved quickly to everyone’s satisfaction, and we were given a room with a lovely view. The hotel is very close to Taksim Square and the airport shuttle bus stop, which made getting around very convenient. Highly recommended. It was a bit noisy at night, which is understandable considering the central location and the weekend atmosphere

Bathroom is so congested. Also room will be having 2 small packets (180ml) water which will not be enough for a day for two.

The manager is very helpful, kind &polite The hot water was a disaster only a few drops ,suffering to take a shower everything was old in the bathroom no good light it’s dark They putting a teared towels it’s very crowded street they are awake the whole night cars people shouting the police car wailing ?
