Celine Hotel Taxim

Amazing location, great service, and very delicious and authentic breakfast. Speaking of service, I want to say a special thank you to Elshan for making our stay so enjoyable - really felt five-star!

I reserved a room as a couple. Two single beds were placed was placed next to each other which sled apart everyone we slept on the bed. Bathroom smelled like a sewer. I wanted to grab an espresso for breakfast and I was reprimanded by a staff to pay or can’t have it, in front of hotel guests. There was no sign to inform the guests that we I need to pay for espresso. I have always booked my own hotels internationally but this time I trusted booking.com which ended up as a horrible experience for this particular hotel. The photos of the room for Celine hotel are so deceiving. I demand a full or partial refund.

Everything was good

The location of the bedrooms on a busy street throughout the day, especially at night, made it impossible for me to sleep at all.

The location was excellent, few steps from Taksim Square and the famous street Istiklal Kaddesi. The staff was perfect, very friendly and helpfull. The rooms were clean. I had two rooms and one of them was a little bit small fot two persons and the breakfast was poor.

The staff was very welcoming, the bed was extremely comfortable and the location was close to busses, metro and Taksim Square.

I like all the staff special burhan on the desk very friendly and help us alot i like the location near everything clean and good breakfast

There is no variety in breakfast food and the cleanliness is generally average.

For me as a solo traveller the hotel was really nice compared to the cost of stay, the rooms are clean, the location was very good and near to public transportations such as metro stations and airport bus The on disadvantage of this hotel was the breakfast

- Rooms are very clean and cozy - Location is very nice near Taksim Square and on a main street which makes it easy to access taxi or so - I was given a room with no view looking at the back of some buildings but I just ignored it and closed the curtains - Rooms are very small, it’s suitable for backpackers but not for a family with many luggage - Double room is 2 single beds next to each other not a couple bed, which made it difficult because I had a baby, he was sleeping in the middle and falling between the two beds every now and then, and the room was so small that it couldn’t host a baby’s crib - Breakfast is nice but I think it needs more variety

Booked 1 month upfront but they where not able to give the specific room I had booked. When I pay and dont cancel the room is mine for that period. You are not supposed to move left or right to optimize your earnings. Booked suite, first night we had to to stay in a normal room and the other nights we got a suite but smaller then the room we booked.

So the management team resettled the 6 days booking by refunding 3 days only !

When I there I feel that I am with family and that because the amazing stuff in the hotel specially madam Aisha she’s very kindly and very helping . Bay the way this hotel have small restaurant but it’s very nice and very delicious food there and the shift is very good.
