Good staff behavior Every thing good

After checking into this hotel with my girlfriend, we immediately realized that the hotel had no electricity. I had just arrived from the United States after a 14-hour long journey and was in urgent need of rest. Unfortunately, due to a complete power outage, the hotel had no electricity for hours, and even by nightfall the problem was not resolved. Despite the fact that we had fully paid and the booking was non-refundable, we were forced to leave the hotel and book another one because staying without electricity was impossible. To provide proof to Booking.com that we had to leave due to the power outage, we attempted to record a short video in the hotel lobby. At that moment, the hotel owner violently attacked me, grabbing my throat and squeezing it aggressively. As of January 3rd, I am still suffering from severe throat pain and pain while swallowing. My girlfriend tried to protect me and stepped in between us, during which she was punched in the chest. She has previously undergone surgery, which made this incident even more dangerous and terrifying for her. I warned the hotel staff that I would report this violent and criminal behavior to the Turkish authorities and the U.S. Embassy to prevent this from happening to other travelers. That same night, I went to forensic medical services and obtained an official medical report documenting my injuries. After the incident, we were followed and harassed by these people. Wherever we went, they kept tracking us. I have video recordings of everything, but due to fear for our safety, we did not take legal action while in Turkey, as they knew our location and would not leave us alone. Eventually, they offered to pay for our new hotel if we agreed not to file a complaint. We accepted this offer only out of fear for our lives, as they continued to intimidate us and would not stop. I am writing this review to warn other travelers.

Location is very good just 300 meters from Taksim Square, staff is very nice and helpfull mr baran and Ms emel serving very well

Wonderful staf,especially the girl at the reception who wore a scarf, she was extraordinary, I don't remember her name..everything was fine, except the air conditioning which had no remote control and the temperature in the room was not the best possible, otherwise I recommend both the area and the hotel

I really liked the service from the staff, they were so friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and decent. The distance to istiklal was only 5 minutes which was very convenient. Nothing that I can think of

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. We also loved the little details, like the soft lighting and elegant décor, which made the space feel cozy and luxurious at the same time. The staff was warm and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would definitely come back. Highly recommend!
