I really liked the shower! I feel like a lot of hotels do it wrong when it comes to the bathroom but my bathroom at SRGT's was great. The water pressure was amazing. I also liked the location. It was close to Taksim Square. Moreover, I liked the firmness of the bed. Very comfortable. The hotel looks aesthetically nice. And the staff are friendly. The room wasn't clean. Once I removed the duvet to lie down, I found hairs on the bed. Also on the floor near the bed there were hairs and dust. My duvet picked up a lot of nastiness once it accidently touched the floor. Also, there was food packages left in the fridge. Basically, I think the rooms should be cleaned better.

The staff, location, and cleanliness were all excellent; it was a fantastic experience that I highly recommend.

This property is extremely noisy. It was very difficult to get any sleep. It’s on a super busy road and it didn’t get quiet until 5am most nights even weekdays.

Cleanliness. The bathroom hand soap stinks horribly. We stayed in two separate rooms and both times the soap was horrible.

Stayed at this hotel in Istanbul this past week and honestly loved it! The location is perfect, super central and my superior room was spotless and surprisingly quiet at night (which I didn’t expect in taksim). The staff are just the nicest, always ready to help with anything we needed. Room was cleaned every single day, the bathroom was huge and the water pressure is amazing! They even offer free drinks at the reception which is such a nice touch. Definitely booking here again whenever I come back to Istanbul.

Location is great. Staff were very nice and helpful. The building was recently renovated. Rooms were clean. Air conditioning and flat TV in each room Free Turkish coffee and tea any time at the front disk. Rooms were too small but manageable. Not much noise isolation. Istanbul is a live city 24 hours. So we were always hearing something going on even after midnight.

It was a nice hotel, staff were very friends and helpful with us since we arrived super early before the check in. They try to accommodate us to another hotel until our room was ready.

The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. A special shoutout to Mohad and Salma, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out and added a personal touch that made us feel right at home.
