Nothing, location is good, but I had the worst experience I ever had in a hotel. The hotel was dirty and the bathroom had a smell. then I found a bed bug on the bed besides me, I left immediately and when I told the staff and property manager. I was accused of being a scammer and lier. He basically insulted me over whatsapp after I left. And threatening me to ban me from booking.com somehow. I reserved a 4 star hotel for the next night which was almost 4 times more expensive because I was very very disgusted and didn't want to take any risk. Hopefully my stuff did not get infected. I am disinfecting everything. While leaving, I found another room leaving because of the dirtiness and smell of their room.

Located in bussy area. Easy to go to metro or bus stop. Can be very noisy during night but overall good. Staff helpful Elevator so small,old style.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Staying here was unmitigated disaster. The property lost running water 8 hours into our four day stay and the property did ZERO to help us. Instead they strung us along by repeatedly promising that the water “will be back soon”. The property took advantage of our good faith and we naively waited into our third day before finding our own room. By far the worst hotel experience of our lives. Stay elsewhere. Stay in a metro station. Stay in the street, but literally STAY ANYWHERE BUT MILA SUITES TAXIM. Utter disaster through and through.

We stayed for two nights. Everything was great. The location is safe and close to many places.

The location of the hotel is very good. Within walking distance to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. The hotel is better than in the pictures. It has been renovated and the furniture has been renewed. The staff is tolerant and helpful.

The location was great, and the property offered a good value for the money. At this price point, it is hard to find something even remotely acceptable in such a central location of Istanbul. While we were offered 2 rooms (a quadruple and a double) instead of a family room for 6 people (an upgrade in our eyes), from then on, everything got worse. The room was filthy, with dust and, in general, dirt everywhere. The bathroom was disgusting, with the door ready to fall off and not even having a handle to be able to get out. In general the room lacked facilities and services you need, for example it didn't even offer something or somewhere to hang your towels. Speaking of towels, we were only offered 3 for 4 people in the quadruple room. We were at our hotel only to sleep and take a quick shower every night, so despite the mentioned problems, we managed to stay calm until our last day in Istanbul (the day before checkout). While no one had entered our room to clean in our 3 night stay, in our last day, someone entered our room while we were away, without any warning, moved all of our luggage and things to add an extra bed for the next tenant of the room. This is unacceptable considering everything got so messy out of this we spent some time trying to find where did our stuff go.

The room was dirty. There was no daily cleaning of the room. There was no change of towels for the 3 nights we were there. Terrace was awful. Not going there anymore.

I didn't check reviews to this hotel before booking, so got somewhat scared when I did after booking it. There is nothing to be scared of as I didn't face any of those issues some people in their reviews faced. Minor issues with excess moisture in the bathroom air, but nothing that can't be fixed with a better ventilation.
