Great family managed boutique hotel, very quiet, delicious breakfast, in a great location, walking distance from Taksim square and Istikal street. Highly recommended.

Only Location My stay at this hotel was a very bad experience. The hotel closes its doors at midnight, and the receptionist (especially Azat) was extremely rude and unhelpful. The place feels more like a private house than a hotel, as the owners themselves handle food and cleaning, which significantly lowers the quality of service. At check-out, they refused to extend the time even for 15 minutes and kept calling and knocking on my door in a very impolite way. On top of that, they also refused to allow me to leave my luggage until my flight, which made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, this is not a real hotel, and I strongly advise anyone traveling with children not to stay here due to the extremely poor treatment

The staff was amazing! All of them made my stay such a wonderful time. The room was better than expected, very comfortable, nice and clean. The breakfast can improve a little bit and they should include some local delights (baklavas)

Location couldn’t have been better. Front desk manager Emran was lovely and very gracious. The breakfast was lovely. The Hotel feels like those boutique hotels on the left bank in Paris. Main Shopping street starts here at the sq as well as main metro line so coming from the Airport is so simple. Room was well decorated and appointed.

It was clean. Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The economy rooms are located below ground level, which was not ideal. The lift was extremely small, making it difficult to use comfortably. The hotel itself is quite old, and this was particularly evident in the bathroom. The shower was incredibly cramped, and it was nearly impossible to balance the hot and cold water due to the old taps. The bathroom water was not draining properly, causing a pool to form, and despite informing the staff, they did not bother to address it. During our two-day stay, room service never came. When we mentioned this to the staff, they informed us that we needed to request it in advance, and there was no service available after 3 PM. The value for money was very poor, and the current score on booking sites is misleading. This hotel definitely does not deserve such a high rating.

The boutique experience! The best part is how close it is to taksim and the metro that makes it accessible to all locations. The beds were super comfortable! The rooms were relatively small.
