It was clean and friendly stuff. Very noisy area, no elevator or luggage help, and very basic breakfast. Overall, not worth the price.

Great service, great room, great location. Super clean, friendly staff, and unlike many hotels in Istanbul, they have a lift. For once, I could walk barefoot in the bathroom because it was that clean. Amazing value overall. Everything was great - nothing to complain about. It’s simply a well-run hotel that does things right. The breakfast was simple but delicious.

I really loved the location of this hotel. It was right next to all the shops and cafes I loved in this neighborhood. This was my final stay in Istanbul and it really did exceed expectations. The rooms are large and the beds are super comfortable. My favorite was the large bathtub and heated bathroom floors. It was amazing. The concierge was very helpful & always greeted me at the door. Overall I would recommend staying here, the staff is kind and efficient, the location is very good, and the amenities were all sufficient for solo travelers or groups. The only "complaint" I have is thay the rooms do not have a phone so you do need whatsapp to contact them if you need anything brought up. But this wasn't a major issue, just something to be aware of.

Staff is great. Location is cool, if you like the district you will like the hotel. ferry port is near, bus station is near, a lot of cafes and restaurants around. The room is great for such small hotels. Breakfast is standard. So hotel is totally worth the money. to have 1 warm blanket would be good) in hot weather to sleep with air conditioner is awesome, but warm blanket would be great

I really appreciated the staff's willingness to help out and rectify any issues that might have occurred during the stay. The response was very prompt and professional. The hotel was clean, and the location is even better than downtown Istanbul (sultanahmet). Would definitely recommend to anyone else visiting.

The property location was excellent it was very close from restaurants ,sweet shops , Mado and mini markets plus it was very close to the main street and bus stations although it was located in a quiet street. The design ,the decoration and the atmosphere of the hotel is very nice and comfortable .very classy and clean. The AC was working very well , the water power was excellent, the bed and pillows were comfortable I have booked through booking.com 3 rooms they have charged my card for 1 room and the other 2 rooms no although there was no issue with my credit card , i called them and told them to keep my booking and when i come to the hotel ill pay there and they said no issue, next day i have received an email that my 2 rooms booking has been cancelled i recalled them and told them why did you cancel my booking they said we have to cancel they booked again the same 2 rooms with higher rate which was not fair and correct. There should be more lights in the rooms as its soo dark and the faulty ones should be changed There was no trash bin in the room which was so strange One more thing to add the breakfast time is from 8-10 am only 2 hours and the bread was already finished at 9:15 am

I had some trouble with the heat in the room. They changed my room and gave an upgrade eventually because they didn't have the same grade of room available. The rooms were beautifully furnished but small. Difficult to open luggage and move around.
