Cleaning did not take place regularly even when we would ask for it and even when we put the sign on the door asking for it. None of the staff knew any English. We once asked for additional towels in the afternoon, which turned into a long and unnecessary discussion about why we need them and many other questions which was not easy since they spoke no English and we had a very limited use of Turkish. If you are staying for one or two nights you should be fine but otherwise cannot recommend unfortunately.

The stuff was the friendliest I’ve ever seen. They let me use the kitchen to make some food for my one year old daughter. The location eas great, it was easy to go anywhere from the hotel. I even liked other guests as well. There was nothing particularly wrong with the property.

I stayed for only one night and had to leave very early, so I can't review everything about the hotel. Well priced, perfectly fine room, staff was helpful and offered me an early breakfast to take with me but i declined. The location is quite good, not far from Kadiköy ferry station so you can reach most of Istanbul relatively easily. Also close to a very charming restaurant that i had a lot of fun with watching football! In my room, the toilet seat was close to the wall, and i am a very big guy - so i had to sit a bit angled to the side.

Well located Well, for the price it was underwhelming. If I had to choose 3 negatives, I would go for one of the towels being clearly stained, the sub-par breakfast and the shower being way too small to have a proper shower without elbowing everything around me. I can’t see how the facilities and service justify any price higher than 20€/night.

Friendly and helpful hosts. I stayed in room 401, in the evening I couldn't breathe because of the neighbour's chimneys. There is no isolation in that room and the smoke gets inside. It was pristine clean and yet the smell was sometimes unbearable.

Location, just 3 minutes to get to Kadikoy bus and boat station In frst floor rooms you can hear everything what happens in reception, ringing phone, talkings etc.
