TV got no western European channels in English, French, German,... but with the wifi you have no problem to stream your favorite TV stations via the internet. The 500 m to the metro are very steep! However there are always taxis available. A bus station is also only 50m away and convenient to reach.

Excellent rooms, clean, towels every day, water bottles every day. A bit far from metro station and is situated on a steep hill but the quality price ratio made me forget these worries.

Although it was supposed to be an open buffet breakfast, they sent a very simple breakfast plate to the room. The quality of the products was not good, and the bed and pillows were also very bad.

You may have more than one menus for breakfast, every morning the same breakfast?!

There was car valet in the hotel. Rooms are much more smaller than what shown on the pictures. Breakfast included but everything cost extras, if you order eggs they request extra money, not proper. Corridors looks like a collage student dormitory. Stuff was good in general except when we arrived I requested scissor to cut plastic wrapping of our luggages, he said there is only one and I have to bring it all to the lobby to cut it.

SPA was Closed but my Booking was with SPA FOR 3 (one hour each) Resturant was not ready so they served Breakfast in the rooms

Everything was just perfect. Breakfast is tasty, room is big,clean and warm, comfortable bed also. The staff is friendly and helpful. We check in early after a long flight and we thank you very much for it. The offer a shuffle to metro station, very good service. We recomand 100%. For sure when we came back we stay here again!

Low quality services. The sofas are old and there is a lot of noise in the room, and the location is on a very steep hill.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, great breakfast and the restaurant's cuisine overall also. The rooms are clean and cleaned often. I would like to mention Gokhan and Muhammet for their professionalism and kindness. On the 9th floor the rooms are a little bit noisy

Our stay was great, mainly because of the amazing staff. All the ladies working there were incredibly kind and generous. The breakfast was very sufficient and delicious, and the breakfast crew were hospitable, delightful, and super friendly. The housekeeping lady who cleaned our room, FADIME, was efficient and wonderful, many thanks to her. The only issue we experienced was with the reception. The reception staff didn’t speak English and were not very helpful. The men at the front desk mostly sat chatting with each other, laughing, or going out for a smoke instead of assisting guests. The reception was not what you would expect in a 4-star hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The breakfast was good, with a decent selection and everything freshly prepared. Our apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made it suitable for both families and larger groups. It provided all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was the main drawback. To reach the bus stop, you need to climb a very steep hill with many stairs leading to the street above the hotel. The metro station is also uphill, with no proper pedestrian walkway, which made it challenging for us, especially since we were traveling with small children and elderly people. In addition, there was considerable street noise at night, which sometimes made it difficult to sleep.
