Parking difficulties for big car

Location and breakfast were both good enough for the price paid. Staff are helpful. Cleaning staff are also great in this Suite hotel. The items in the suite are mostly old and need to be replaced.

Overall, my stay was comfortable and pleasant. The room itself was very good, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel provided all the basic amenities for a convenient stay. it. The location was not the most convenient for me, but the quality of the room made up for it. Overall, the room and comfort were great, but the housekeeping service could definitely be improved. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping service. I hung the sign on my door asking for my room to be cleaned, but it was ignored for two days. The room was not cleaned and the sign was not removed. Only after I personally contacted the reception did someone finally take care of

I was before the last year it was good but recently its very bad and not cleaned at all If you requested early check in they refused and take from you a day fee before they allow you to inter the room. There were insects and i have got insect allergies as reflected. They give us a room different from our booking .

It has small apartments with the small kitchen, which is very convenient for the families. In the kitchen we had useless shelves that were completely blocked by the other doors.

Very clean, comfortable, and centrally located, yet quiet. Excellent value for money. The kitchen is well-equipped and fully functional. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the Istanbul skyline—particularly at night. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Family Time and would recommend it without hesitation. The TV was working, but it had damage to the screen.

Parking they offered was small and very narrow for big car

We had booking for 9 nights but we moved to another hotel next day. The location was worst. Bathroom was not clean properly. The smoking smell was everywhere.

Second time I’ve stayed at this family time suites check in was nice an swift. Apartment always clean and cleaned further if you require. Smart tv’s air con washer dryers very good will be coming back.

Parking problem...need to correct this issue and be more proffesional about it

My friends and I stayed at the Family Time Suite Hotel. We were very satisfied with our stay due to the good price, excellent service, and cleanliness. Additionally, the blanket and bedsheets had a pleasant scent.

The staff is excellent and pay attention for tourist needs. The neighborhood of the hotel is very bad and the hotel street looks like a ghetto one. Despite this the hotel looks just fine. The breakfast in the hotel pictures description is far far away and different than the real breakfast they offer (i must fair mention that the real breakfast is good) but very different from the marketing pictures the hotel display on their booking profile.

Two lifts were available. The room has good space. Breakfast was acceptable. Air conditioner was good. We booked for four people but every thing was just for two or one!!! There were just two slippers and two soaps and one shampoo. The whole cleanliness was acceptable. There were no dishwash or sponge. There were just three spoon. The balcony has not a good view and the neighborhood was messy and crowded. None of the staff speaks english and there was really hard to communicate or ask for a favor. The parking was small and hard to park but it was free

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Expected a room only but ended up with an apartment, separate living room / kitchen. The Shower had some issues. The Shower head kept on sliding down, the drain was blocked and the shower window leaked against the wall resulting in the bathroom floor being very wet after a shower. The breakfast was the same every morning - nothing special and the variety were limited. The hotel advertised free parking. However, the parking was situated at another building not far from the hotel. The space is used during the day so it was difficult to park and arrange the cars during our stay.
