Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and large. Location is good, especially for those who came to visit Florence Nightingale Hospital - it is just next to it. Metro station is very close, and it is possible to reach any location in the city easily. Suitable for long stay.

Location was good because of near by metro station. I recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the Ramada brand standards. There were several management and service issues that made the stay uncomfortable. Major Issues: • Poor Climate Control: The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, which made it very difficult to relax or sleep comfortably. • Breakfast Shortages: The breakfast buffet was a major letdown. The quantity of food was very low, and they were constantly running out of items. On one occasion, there was no orange juice; I had to ask a waitress, who then had to send someone out to the store just to buy some. • Lack of Hospitality: The staff did not seem very welcoming or proactive. The check-in process was notably slow, and we were kept waiting for a long time after a tiring journey. • Housekeeping Oversight: Every single day, we had to call and remind room service to provide bottled water. This should be a basic standard that is handled automatically during room cleaning. Verdict: Between the lack of hospitality and the constant

My so didn’t like anything My stay at the Ramada really wasn’t comfortable. The room didn’t have any AC, so it was hot and stuffy. The bathroom smelled like poop the whole time, and the hotel itself looked like it should be condemned. Overall, the experience was pretty bad and not what I expected.

Some friendly staff, especially Yousef. We have stayed here for 6 nights, our booking was for deluxe suite. However we’ve got only standard room with bigger space!! There is no even a place to sit down and chill, in addition, the room (Suite) TV was broken! During our stay, the weather was at 21C and as a guest I need one of my rights is to have cool temperature in the room. This was not the case, the hotel A/C is central and on warm setting during day and night. We have asked for a fan they don’t have!! We have requested a solution from the reception they told us to open the window but the street noise is unbelievable!! They have offered us a downgrade to the backside of the hotel in a smaller room to get rid of the noise!! Unfortunately, the hotel staff sometimes knock the door and open the room immediately, without waiting for permission or ask if someone is inside the room. This happened twice during our stay at 1:00 PM. Finally, we have tried to have a solution with the hotel to refund our booking even with a deduction however they were non cooperative and not giving any positive feedbacks. Overall, the hotel is quite clean, have some friendly staff. However it has many setbacks mentioned above, the location is not good unless you have your own car and driver since you need to walk +1KM to reach the metro station.

The location of this hotel was very accessible. The breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful and polite. Especially we would like to thank Merve Yasemin, Batuhan, Can, Batu. Also, big thanks houskeeper lady (Russian spoken). It was a wonderful vacation for us. We liked your hospitality and we definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you so much once again! We really didn’t notice anything wrong
