Hospitable receptionist called Nasim guided us a lot about Istanbul and hotel facilities.

Excellent location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious enough for 4 people. I would recommend staying at this hotel for all categories. NA

The staff were especially helpful and professional throughout my stay. I would like to thank Elaheh in particular for her assistance and attention. She made the entire process smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay again.

Wonderful helpful staff specially Nur and Nasim. The room is spacious and well maintained. The location was great with our business trip. We had a technical issue but Mr Ugur solved it immediately. Great breakfast. Large lobby. Very recommended. Nothing

Exceptionally kind, they were able to go out of the way to assist and accommodate my requests. Nur for online reservations as well as front desk lady I forgot her name who checked me in and out was also exceptionally kind. Nothing, ooh maybe the food. We had a large group and food was not the best on the 30th

Breakfast was good Using swimming pool you have to buy a swimming cap which was very expensive

The location is perfect, close to everything. My favorite part is the employees. 1- Hakan bulbulkaya He was so kind, helpful, and always there for us helping us in everything, and he was so generous he gave me a mini cake as a gift, which I appreciate. Thank you for everything Hakan abi thank you so much. 2- Eren yamanoğlu & Dogukan erogl Both of them were very helpful every single time they saw a bag or shopping bag with me immediately they would take it from my hand & hold it for me, whatever I needed from them they would help me always, both of them had a smiling face and always welcomed us in a lovely way * Eren helped us weigh our bags and gave us many tips on how to avoid excess weight; he had experience in this area. Thank you Eren * Dogukan He was always taking beautiful pictures of us with my phone; he was always the one asking if we'd like to take pictures we were happy it was thoughtful. Thank you Dogukan 3-Aynur She was very understanding and calm, and she helped us a lot. We had a white jacket that the cleaning service took by mistake. We spoke to her, and she understood that we weren't accusing them of theft, but rather that it was a mistake. Aynur spent about an hour investigating the matter until she found the jacket, and it was indeed taken by mistake. As compensation, she asked them to wash and iron the jacket, and she returned it to us by herself. Thank you Aynur 4- Satiye Sariya ablaaaa❤️❤️❤️ I loved her so much, she was responsible for cleaning the suit, i loved her so much she was so helpful, she was super clean and fast at the same time, what ever i asked her she would bring it to me immediately. Thank you Satiye Abla. At the end It will always be my hotel every time I go to Istanbul. Thanks to everyone for everyone made my stay wonderful.? Nothin

No pool no gym( both out of service) and no advance info about it.

Luxurious and great staff and very clean Clean

They upgraded our room for free and the hotel was very good. Good location and decent breakfast. The room cleaning could have been a bit better. The hotel often forgot to restock us with water bottles when we requested.

Rooms are not soundproof. We could hear others in the rooms next to us. Location is a bit far from the old city. Not too many good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Nothing My stay at this hotel was not comfortable. The staff was rude and unhelpful, which significantly affected the overall experience. I requested an extra pillow, but no one came to assist me, even after calling a second time. During check-out, I was kept waiting in the lobby while the staff checked the room to ensure nothing was missing. This caused an unnecessary delay while my taxi was waiting outside. The overall lack of efficiency and professionalism was disappointing and does not meet the standards I would expect from a hotel.

No way to brew coffee, but this seems to be typical of most of the middle east. Just nescafe and hot pot. (And tea)

Everything was fine and I would also like to thank Ms. Novin. She was very polite and kind and cleaned my room every day. Of course, I have to say that the reception staff were not very polite and charged me 35 euros for my friend coming as a guest for two hours. No hotel has such a policy. Of course, I did not accept it and said I would cancel.
