Had a really solid stay during my time here. The rooms were super nice and clean, and honestly smelled really fresh every time we walked in, which made a big difference after long days out. Big shoutout to the receptionist, Umran, who was super friendly and helped us whenever we needed anything, made the whole experience feel way more welcoming. Location wise, it’s actually very convenient. It’s about a 10 minute walk to a bus stop that can pretty much get you anywhere in the city, and around 15 minutes to Şişli Metro Station, which connects you across Istanbul easily. You’re also close to Cevahir AVM, which has basically every store you can think of.

Everyone so polite. Breakfast was great everyday. Alot of medical tourist here makes you feel at home. BEST OF ALL Adem..who was attentive and made me feel safe and recognized. Personal spirit was appriciated as a solo traveler.

Friendly staff and supportive. Uniquely Adim who communicate clearly in English with a friendly supportive approach Booked two rooms and requested them to be connected being a family, the rooms size was small and the second room doesn’t have a window which made it sort of a close box some time hard to keep the AC heat working. The hotel have bigger rooms but for connecting purposes that what i was offered or that what I was told that the only connecting rooms are of that setup

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were well maintained. The location was convenient and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The area was a bit busy at times, and breakfast options could be improved, but nothing major that affected the stay.

Great hotel with great staff. The hotel was super clean and the room I got was spacious. Special thanks to Mr. Burak for making my stay memorable. He made sure that my room was neat and clean and also helped me in planing the room decoration for my anniversary. A bit less options in the breakfast buffet (especially in the main course section)
