1. It is good value for money. 2. They gave us one of their best rooms on the top floor corner with an excellent view. 3. They have beautiful lighting at night and it has very good view at night particularly for kids. 4. They rooms have plenty of space. 1. Family room kitchen doesn't have utensils or plates (although they gave two plates when we asked for some plates!) or a proper fridge (other than mini bar which was hard to fit much stuff). It had a Microwave though. They shouldn't advertise it as having a kitchen. 2. They charged extra for our 14 year old but a relatively nominal amount. 3. It is surrounded by (roads with) steep slopes on all directions, so it may be a bit of a climb for buses etc. and taxi is your goto option. 4. The bathroom was a bit of fun as it was only half covered with glass and it made a pond every time we took a bath. They can't cover the shower with full glass as the door will hit the glass but it made for a very inconvenient shower with water all over the floor. In hindsight, Ibis Sisli might have been a better bet as it was closer to Sisli Metro although I don't know whether it has a Family room.

Overall was a great stay, very comfortable, clean and the staff are super friendly. I am sorry I forgot your names but really, across the board, reception, kitchen, everyone is very nice and helpful! The room was also a decent size for 2 people and the beds are nice and the room is surprisingly soundproof despite the hotel being next to a relatively main street. There's also a BIM, A101 very close and a lovely restaurant attached to the same block. The location is a bit awkward if you want to walk around because of all the mountain-like roads. You need a car or a taxi to get to most places around, even if it's 10 minutes away.

Ibis Styles Istanbul Bomonti is a great hotel and I choose it almost every time I stay in Istanbul. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the location is very convenient. There was nothing major that I disliked during my stay. Some small improvements in room details or facilities could make the experience even better, but overall it was very satisfying.

The staff were the deciding factor for this exceptional stay. Batu from the front office was very helpful and kind from day one. The hotel was very clean and the room was great, especially with the value for money. The location was perfect, away enough from the crowds and traffic but close enough to all the attractions. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Istanbul.

Friendly staff, spacious room, nice location, quiet Bathroom could be more comfortable (lack of space for personal belongings), toiletries could be richer. Breakfast was sufficient but lucked imagination. Coffee quality very poor (from the espresso machine where probably instant coffee was used). 1 hour before end of breakfast informed that filter coffee was finished…

The food, service, and rooms were all excellent and exceeded our expectations. We would like to thank Ayoub for his professionalism and kindness. A big thanks as well to Batu, Ata, and Emre for their incredible support throughout our stay. They helped us with everything we needed, from booking tours to answering our questions and coordinating all the details. They truly treated us like part of their own family, which made our experience very special. there was no smart TV in the room.
