Overall was a great stay, very comfortable, clean and the staff are super friendly. I am sorry I forgot your names but really, across the board, reception, kitchen, everyone is very nice and helpful! The room was also a decent size for 2 people and the beds are nice and the room is surprisingly soundproof despite the hotel being next to a relatively main street. There's also a BIM, A101 very close and a lovely restaurant attached to the same block. The location is a bit awkward if you want to walk around because of all the mountain-like roads. You need a car or a taxi to get to most places around, even if it's 10 minutes away.

Ibis Styles Istanbul Bomonti is a great hotel and I choose it almost every time I stay in Istanbul. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the location is very convenient. There was nothing major that I disliked during my stay. Some small improvements in room details or facilities could make the experience even better, but overall it was very satisfying.

The staff were the deciding factor for this exceptional stay. Batu from the front office was very helpful and kind from day one. The hotel was very clean and the room was great, especially with the value for money. The location was perfect, away enough from the crowds and traffic but close enough to all the attractions. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Istanbul.

Friendly staff, spacious room, nice location, quiet Bathroom could be more comfortable (lack of space for personal belongings), toiletries could be richer. Breakfast was sufficient but lucked imagination. Coffee quality very poor (from the espresso machine where probably instant coffee was used). 1 hour before end of breakfast informed that filter coffee was finished…

The food, service, and rooms were all excellent and exceeded our expectations. We would like to thank Ayoub for his professionalism and kindness. A big thanks as well to Batu, Ata, and Emre for their incredible support throughout our stay. They helped us with everything we needed, from booking tours to answering our questions and coordinating all the details. They truly treated us like part of their own family, which made our experience very special. there was no smart TV in the room.

The bed was damn comfortable. All services were top niche for sure I will return again. The staff were very very helpful especially the following: Eroy, Emre,Eda,Ilayda, and Oguz. Would be good to have a variety of options for breakfast but was good though. Oooh the Internet WifI connection from our rooms (1st floor) was very pathetic during the day but at night it worked well. It kept disconnecting off the connection and one needed to stay at one position close to the door. However, from the business center it worked perfectly regardless of the time.

Very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel as well as perfection in their guest service. In particular, these two breakfast ladies (Gulsever and Nurcan) have done an exemplary job in serving the BEST Turkish-style breakfast (always fresh and delicious) along with their sincere hospitality. In addition, my special thanks to this tall gentleman (Engin) at the front desk, who makes everything happen very quickly, for his exceptional professionalism and guest satisfaction mindset. And finally, Batu is a wonderful bellboy who always smiles and takes care of the guests in a warm manner. OVERALL, I am very satisfied with my stay here and do totally recommend. The location is not quite central, which may require you to take the cab all the time…

I want to take a moment and thank the staff and managementof this hotel. I was really stressed about this vacation, since it was my first time in Turkey, I do not know Turkish and I was travelling from Canada and my mom and dad supposed to come from Iran, so the situation was complicated. They arrived before me and the management and staff welcomed them very warmly. I canot thank them enough for being helpfull, war, and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr Batu in reception and Mis Farzaneh in management. Also special thanks to madame Ozgul, the cleaning lady who was very nice, helpful and caring. She did not know our language but she was doing her best to communicate with us and help us which meant a lot for us. Also another lady in reception who ordered food for me with her application because I did not have access to turkish applications. The beds were a bit smaller than my expectation for twin bed, however the sofa was basically a queen bed and also they provided extra duvet and pillows.
