The room smelled awful of cigarettes. My clothes absorbed the smell. Bathroom cleanness was mediocre.

I made a mistake in my reservation due to time difference and they allowed me to stay without any charge. My room was clean and comfy. Hotel is in a central area that you can find coffee shops, pubs in walking distance and shopping malls by driving 10 mins. Nothing

I don’t like at all Cheat. I have tried to contact them for several times for cancellation, they didn’t agree to cancel it.

Caring Staff Rooms were quite hot. The only option to cool was to open windows. The holel is located in a very noisy area in the middle of six intersecting roads with sirens and car horns sounding till after midnight

There was no information regarding location of hotel on Highway. Overpass was exactly on our room's level and it was very noisy. There was too much sun whole day in our room and when we tried to turn conditioner, it was impossible, while the whole system was turned to heating and as they were expecting colder days in a week, they did not change system. they offered ventilator, but it was not an option for us. Regarding breakfast that was included in price, it was a surprise that ordering omelet was possible for extra fee and was not included in breakfast.

Honestly all the staff were very friendly in every shift, they wanted to help us as much as possible with anything we needed, thank you very much and this is my first and not my last choice???

Nothing at all The hotel a waste of money, rooms are extremely small, corridors and room smells really bad, very noisy from both street and other guests, people were partying until 6 in the morning and we couldn't sleep, and hotel did nothing for that.

The hotel was very cozy, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The price was terrific. There were great restaurant with delicious breakfast, staff was friendly and helpful. My recomendations! ✨✨✨
