Novotel Istanbul Bomonti

I really enjoyed my stay at Novotel Istanbul Bomonti. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious with a great city view. The location was also convenient and close to many places. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel was excellent. Honestly, there was nothing major to complain about. Everything was very good overall. Only a small delay with one request, but the staff handled it professionally.

Good location and style The breakfast is good Nearby pharmacy and hospital in case of emergencies We could not connect to the WiFi We had to connect to the guest WiFi for those who are not staying at the hotel which was a lower speed WiFi We also reached out to the employees twice and they said they will come help but never did

The decor was so beautiful and vibe was amazing. Tasty food and great hospitality! Loved it.

One of the main reasons I chose Novotel was because I was already familiar with the brand and trusted that it wouldn’t disappoint, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations. The internet speed was a little bit slow, not bothering but not A+.

It is a good hotel, very good staff, I can stay more next time.

Hospitality and service of the highest standard. I travel quite frequently and cannot recall the last time the service at a hotel was of such high quality.

Based on my stay experience only positive and good thing I felt was the distance from the conference venue. It was hardly 50mts / 03mins walk and I had no worries or hassel to reach. 1. Staff at reception and engineering took my concern / complaint very casually. 2. It took 2days and 2 nights almost for them to understand the discomfort I had due my room AC not working. 3. Shift after shift they just kept experimenting with new engineer staff every-time to somehow fox the AC. 4. Ultimately in the middle of 2nd night when my frustration peeked at around 0130am where I could jot manage sleeping , they made a decision to shift me and my wife to a new room. 5. Why the decision was taken so late? Were they waiting for me to loose my patience and then provide me a solution(. 6. Absolutely no courtesy or apologies offered for discomfort caused by the hotel management and team. Rather they requested not to place a complaint 7. First two days of the conference I could barely concentrate due to lack of sleep and tiredness after air travel. 8. And to top it new room ac was functional , but internet / wifi was not working which required IT engineer to visit several times. 9. All in all Novotel Bomonti hotel maintainance is very poor standards and staff needs to be taught how customer experience is delivered as per the brand image.

. Furqan. Alper Berkay Cokge.. and the lady always welcoming,kind support..well in hostess. .. If you want to walk around, you have to walk up and up... Elevator Key board confusing. Cash Machine Empty of Cash.

Boutique, clean and modern ! Lights in room add beauty to room ! Staff at reception , Bar and housekeeping , all were excellent . To name few Emre, Enes , Gokce, Funkon Benkay Alpen Keep little more amenities in room not on request
