Overall, everyone is doing a great job. The hotel is clean, the breakfasts are good, and the chef is pleasant. Special thanks to Ozgur for the exceptional service. There is some devastation around the hotel and it doesn't feel safe to walk around at night.

This was a great stay. The best thing overall, as there were many, was the service. Muhammed at the front desk was extremely helpful & kind. From the moment of arrival, to helping me get a taxi deal to my next destination and giving me a cup of Turkish Tea, he was the standout! The room was a great size for a solo traveller, and it was awesome that there was a mini-fridge too. The hotel is close enough to major bus lines and restaurants, which was a key factor in my trip. ALSO, it was great that the window could be opened to let fresh air inside. Nothing comes to mind… but maybe the AC could have been stronger or cooler.

Very strong ratio quality/price. Nice spa area included in the price. The breakfast is good (buffet format) If you want to use public transports, the hotel is quite far from the closest metro stations (15min) and it’s very hilly!

Gleam is clean and comfortable. The staff are all helpful and accommodating, especially Muhammad at the front desk and Hassan in the restaurant staff.

Clean hotel and room. Really nice spa to relax after a long day walking. Shout out to Özgür and Azamat they were really friendly and helpful. Special mention to the housekeeping staff for cleaning the rooms and the hotel. The room was always immaculate. The windows were too thin and you could hear the outside noise day and night. Would be nice if you invested in some thermopanels.

Staff was polite and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was also good. Restaurants and cafes are also on walking distance from hotel but consider the slopes of Istanbul if planning with kids / parents. They need to revamp their entrance as rotating door isn’t comfortable or safe. It’s very challenging to bring strollers and luggage inside the hotel in absence of a sliding door and having a rotating door instead. The hotel is not near to any metro so we relied only on uber considering we were with a child who needed a stroller and my mother. Good part is attractions (taksim square, blue mosque etc.) are not very far by uber.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for the second time now, and it honestly feels like coming back home. It’s incredibly clean, housekeeping does an amazing job every single day ? Very quiet, beautiful and cozy, located on a totally safe street, with no noise at all :) What truly makes this place special is the staff. I don’t know how they manage to find such genuinely kind and helpful people. Absolutely everyone is warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. Special thanks to Ismail, Omer, Muhammed and Maraz — you made this stay even better!? Only the best impressions. Highly recommend ??
