⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️ Mohammad Made This Stay Truly Special Gleam Bomonti is a wonderful hotel — beautiful rooms, great atmosphere, and excellent facilities. But the real star of our stay was Mohammad. He went above and beyond in every sense of the word. From anticipating our needs to ensuring every little detail was perfect, Mohammad’s dedication and warmth elevated our entire experience. He treated us like family, not just guests, and his professionalism was truly exceptional. We’ve stayed in many hotels, but it’s rare to encounter someone who genuinely cares the way Mohammad does. He alone is reason enough to come back. Highly recommended — ask for Mohammad! ?

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was extremely clean and well maintained, which made my experience very comfortable and pleasant. The staff were very professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I requested. I would especially like to thank Mohamed at the reception for his outstanding support and kindness. He was always helpful with every request and made sure everything was smooth during my stay. His hospitality truly made a big difference in my experience.

The hotel is well situated. It is a pretty basic hotel though, but clean. Needs a restaurant that you can have lunch or dinner.Breakfast could be a little better

Overall, everyone is doing a great job. The hotel is clean, the breakfasts are good, and the chef is pleasant. Special thanks to Ozgur for the exceptional service. There is some devastation around the hotel and it doesn't feel safe to walk around at night.

This was a great stay. The best thing overall, as there were many, was the service. Muhammed at the front desk was extremely helpful & kind. From the moment of arrival, to helping me get a taxi deal to my next destination and giving me a cup of Turkish Tea, he was the standout! The room was a great size for a solo traveller, and it was awesome that there was a mini-fridge too. The hotel is close enough to major bus lines and restaurants, which was a key factor in my trip. ALSO, it was great that the window could be opened to let fresh air inside. Nothing comes to mind… but maybe the AC could have been stronger or cooler.

Very strong ratio quality/price. Nice spa area included in the price. The breakfast is good (buffet format) If you want to use public transports, the hotel is quite far from the closest metro stations (15min) and it’s very hilly!
