The property needs some maintenance . A little bit of mold on the cieling . Water taps need attention . The toilet fan made a lot of noise .

The room was okay I was very disappointed with my stay. First, the hotel lobby is extremely small, not wheelchair accessible, and has too many stairs. Moving luggage in and out of the hotel was difficult. The elevator was also quite small. The hallway lighting relies on motion sensors, but they take too long to activate. This means that when entering or leaving the room, guests have to walk several steps in complete darkness before the lights turn on. Sound insulation is also very poor. I could clearly hear conversations from the hallway as well as noise from neighboring rooms, including people talking and using the restroom. However, the most concerning issue was the housekeeping service. I intentionally left the towels and bathrobe on the bathroom floor so they would be replaced during cleaning. When I returned, instead of replacing them, housekeeping simply hung them back up. Reusing towels that had been left on the bathroom floor is completely unacceptable. After reporting the issue to reception, a staff member came to inspect the room with me, which seemed unnecessary since the problem was obvious. I was then informed that housekeeping had already left for the day, so I was given two replacement towels. Unfortunately, when I was about to use them, I noticed yellow stains on both towels. This was extremely unhygienic and completely unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of rating. I have photographs documenting this issue. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor housekeeping standards, noise issues, and accessibility concerns made this a very disappointing experience.

The only issue was the noise, the refrigerator in the room was quite loud, and I could hear sounds from the water lines and pumps in neighboring rooms, which was quite disturbing, especially when trying to rest or sleep.

I had an exceptional experience at Bostay Hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. Their genuine hospitality made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The staff specially Mr. Wahid, I recommend it for solo travels on low budget. Little noisy within a residential neighbourhood with narrow streets and scooters
