The staff is so lovely and friendly and this makes me feel very good they helped me with everything they smiled every time helpful even though not all of them spoke English well all of them without exception were so kind and happy to help me❤️ Thank you so much and I hope the management takes this comment into consideration because there was experience to all the guests It was so basic and not that clean specifically the bad

The staff are very professional and very helpful We discovered this hotel is used extensively by guests who are getting cosmetic surgery....we found multi lingual instructions in the room about being careful not to get blood on sheets and pillows.....kind of felt gross to read that.... The hotel allowed guests to smoke in the breakfast room....as long as the window is open.....but that only results in the smoke being blown into the back of the room where guests sit. Be modern and don't allow smoking anywhere in the shared parts of the hotel.

Excellent Turkish breakfast, large selection of dishes, comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the noise insulation is not the best. We could hear the neighbors taking a shower at 2 am, quite loudly. It can be difficult to find parking near the hotel.

Perfect location, very nice choice at breakfast. Friendly staff. The smell in the bathroom.. felt like someone was smoking and smell coming through. Carpets can be cleaner....

-location was very good, 10 mins to metro, 15 mins to o metrobus. Hospital, shops, restaurants and mosques available. -Breakfast was very good with different varieties. -Everyone in the Staff was very nice and helpful especially Ahu. - Clean I just recommend to add Suhoor during Ramadan

Experience of my 10+2 days Stay: Very nice staff, so helpful , fast check-in, daily housekeeping, daily mini-bar control, high security, Soundproof walls, and quiet and comfortable rooms, Self-service breakfast with many choices for all tastes. nice location with all I needed ( Metro/Bus Station, Bank, restaurants, drugstore, photocopy and ... ) none
