None Extremely Disappointing — Poor Hygiene, No AC & Rude Staff” We stayed at Four Sides Istanbul for 10 nights (May 18–27) with our family. Unfortunately, the experience was consistently below any acceptable standard. Cleanliness: Floors and mirrors were dirty even after daily housekeeping. Unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one at this price point. Air Conditioning: AC is centrally shut off every night, leaving the room unbearably hot. When we contacted reception, we were told the system “needs to rest.” We are guests paying for comfort — not the AC’s feelings. Staff Behavior: Of course not all of them but some were shockingly rude. Reception staff repeatedly hung up the phone on my husband, despite the fact that he was communicating through Google Translate due to a language barrier. This is unprofessional and disrespectful to an extreme degree. Our entire family spent 10 nights overheated and uncomfortable. We would never return and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room doesn’t have proper AC, the heater was too warm, we had to open the window but there were too much noise from outside. The bed was two single beds into one with no proper blanket nor bed sheet that covered the bed nicely. No night lights

The welcome by the staff and the service provided were at a very high level. The location was perfect. The rooms were neat and bright. We recommend it to everyone. Four Sides Sisli Thank you!!!

There were many things we did not like about the Four Sides. First, we had to ask for our sheets to be changed. We were there for a week and never had the sheets changed. Second, the towels were thin and had holes. Our bathroom did not get cleaned, and again we had to ask for the toilet and the shower to be cleaned. They definitely hired a professional to photograph things and had stuff staged. What is presented on Booking.com is not what we experienced with the breakfast, linens, or even the slippers. Don't pay extra for a balcony, because it is maybe 15cm wide. The room was hot, we had to have the heat turned off and open the windows when it was rainy and 44* F (6* C) outside. Since our windows were open, we listened to continuous street noise: honking, scooters speeding by. Thus, to say we did not sleep well.

The staff were excellent. The breakfast had some of the best dishes I have ever tested. Absolutely fantastic value for the dollar.! It was loud on the street out front of the building.

My room 609 with balcony nice but very small Bad floor Very small room not like the pictures and no chairs Value wise not worth it. Far away from main attractions Will not recommend it

The place is very clean and comfortable. Especially the staff which names are Sevinc Nurullah Ufuk Eren treated us like family. I would like to thank them separately. Thank you for everything.

It was a beautiful property with great staff and delicious breakfast The sound insulation isn’t great, so if you’re a light sleeper 8 wouldn’t recommend

The oroperty was located in Sisli, about 8 minutes drive from taqsim squate. The staff were super friendly. The price was very good. The breakfast wasn't the best and the room wasn't the cleanest.

Thank you very much for everything, it was great, the staff was very helpful and very kind, the breakfast was great and changed every day, it was very safe and the rooms were cleaned every day. Just I hear sound from neighbours
