Rooms are not soundproof. Location is so noisy. They attached twin beds as a king bed!

We had a wonderful stay at Ramada Encore Istanbul and highly recommend it for the price. The entire staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. We'd especially like to thank Mustafa and Takwa, who stood out for their exceptional service. We often saw them assisting guests from many different nationalities with ease, thanks to their friendly approach and ability to communicate in multiple languages. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Although the reception area doesn't fully reflect the quality of the hotel, the overall experience was excellent. The rooftop restaurant served a great breakfast with a wide variety of dishes. The location is another big advantage, just a short walk to Osmanbey Metro Station, Cevahir Shopping Mall, many cafés and restaurants, and Şişli Mosque. The metro also provides easy access to Karaköy, Galataport, and the Fatih area. A great hotel with excellent service, a convenient location, and outstanding value for money.

The biggest highlight of our stay was the exceptional staff. Everyone was friendly and professional, but I would especially like to thank Mustafa. He went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. He even assisted us with changing our reservation dates, which made our trip so much easier. His kindness, patience, and outstanding customer service made a huge difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay.
