Excellent location. Exceptional hospitality

Great location in Şişli. Get off at Mecidiyekoy Metro and you can walk to the accommodation from there [straightforward] if you want to avoid taxi's and you're fit enough to walk. The staff were always friendly and helpful with recommendations and questions about the area. Breakfast was decent enough with plenty of cay [tea] and Türk kahvesi [coffee]. The overall room was okay if you're on a small budget and want to feel reasonably comfortable. The WiFi was a bit patchy at times, so make sure you have an e-SIM data allowance prior to arriving. The room I booked could have been much better, especially considering it was a Level 3 upgrade from Booking.com. Air-conditioning was not working correctly and the radiators were on full blast, even though the outside temperature was 10c at the time [not too cold!]. The property is undergoing renovations and that is understandable, but more attention needs to be paid to rooms, and especially when you spot exposed electrical components [room phone socket] and screws above the headboard of the bed that don't look like they've any place there. Hotel has a bit more work to do, but they're on the right track.

This was my first visit to Istanbul, and I was lucky to choose this hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful, the room had a street view, and the hotel was close to all essential services and on the main street.

Nothing Everything is dirty water was coming from the ceiling in the toilet I don’t recommend it.

They clean room every two days that is strange Every things .. doors open with out lock..No one there to help and support

Its great location, spacious rooms, clean, big tv. we had room with door (closed) to next room (interconected rooms) and door dont seal good - all noise heard from next room, even light. If we would stay longer we would ask for another room, but for one noght it was bearable.

Just location, it was at an amazing neighborhood. The rooms were not clean at all. Beds were not comfortable and the breakfast was a big disappointment.

It was good till what happened The location and secondly the staff It was considered moderte quality considering those 2 things But after what happened later I became not good I was will tell what At the last 3 days of our stay my kid and mine has itchy rash and he saw mosquitoes I sought it is due only to mosquitoes bites and I dropped it later at the day of our travel my rash has increased markedly with itching, burning and stinging pain that I never experienced before and has increased markedly to includes my all upper arm with pain in the second day that awake me from sleep Later my wife has followed me and has had the same sequele and has told me that she saw a tick in our bed and killed her As I am a doctor I sent the rash to my dermatology colleague and has searched on the internet and has found that ticks are common in Turkey and even one illness that can caused by tick is named CONGO HEMORRHAGIC FEVER THATIF HAPPENED CAN CAUSE DEATH IMAGINE YOU ARE COMING FOR FUN AND YOU CAN CONTRACT DISEASE UP TO DEATH BECAUSE THE HOTEL DID NOT USE PESTICIDES AND DID NOT CHANGE BEDS SINCE LONG TIME WHEN YOU SEE THE Furniture YOU WILL FIGURE OUT THAT IT IS Extremely old AND NEGLECTED SORRY FOR THE PHOTOS AND WE ARE RECOVERING NOW

It was great for family .. it’s near to metro and bus station .. supermarket and shops .. jwahar mall … also our room had washing machine 2 king bed which was perfect as 2 adult and 2 children Special thanks to Tamarah she was very helpful she speaks english Arabic and Turkish All the staff were helpful and great with us Shishli area is good place to stay in and room around … defiantly will stay in Royal green next time Nothing

I didnt like anything because hygiene was so bad,just like a tunnel,cockroaches everywhere almost the size of a fist. everything was dirty,even the sheets. The workers,the guy, the lady, old guy all are just like bandits,dont even listen,directly swearing to the customers.

Nothing Cleanness, smell, staff behavior, facilities and everything, we left there on the first day and booked a room in WISHMORE hotel that was excellent

The only positive thing about this hotel was the staff. My stay at this hotel was by far the worst I’ve ever had. We had booked three deluxe rooms, but from the moment we arrived, everything was extremely dirty. The bed sheets and towels were filthy, and even after requesting replacements, they had to be changed three times because each set was either still dirty or soaking wet. To make matters worse, the mattresses were stained and one even had blood on it. The bathrooms were equally unhygienic, with one room’s shower not working at all. Despite promises from the staff that we would be moved to different rooms, nothing ever happened. Since we had arrived early in the morning and had already paid in full, changing hotels wasn’t an option. Even after speaking with the manager and being assured that everything would be cleaned properly, conditions remained unacceptable. Housekeeping came daily but only rearranged the towels—mixing the ones for the feet with those for the head—without replacing them. On top of that, staying on the top floor meant waking up every morning to the loud sound of machinery from the roof. One of the room’s balconies was also covered in pigeon droppings. As for breakfast, it was truly awful—barely anything to eat, and only the tea was remotely decent. This hotel was a complete disappointment, overpriced and far below even basic cleanliness standards. I would never recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately i did not take enough photos.
