Location is excellent! Narrow elevator. Both good and bad reviews are exactly correct. It depends on which floor you get the room! Good reviews refer to higher floors if your room does not smell cigarette. Bad reviews refer to lower floor rooms which are completely different story.

I stayed here few times and the place is nice and close to everything The staff are always the same the morning shift and the Night Shift are super nice however the staff who take the evening shift I believe he’s called Mehmet is very low in performance, on my first night he scared me as I was coming to my room around 6pm where he stopped my at the lift asking for my room number in a loud way next to other man who were in the lobby , i felt very uncomfortable to share my room number as so many people were around and I didn’t even recognize the guy who claimed he is a staff , after that I just took my key and said I stay here but he kept asking and asking I ignored him and I asked him to stop ( I speak Turkish ) Later on he called me room randomly, I went down again and he said next to the guys sitting there your room is **** I felt So annoyed and. Wanted to leave but I had already a reservation for 2 days after I just started ignoring him whenever I see him.

Nothing, I almost died in this hotel. We had a fire on the 7th floor in front of room 701 during our stay. The fire started due to the leak from the cealing that was leaking the whole day and the hotel staff did nothing but put two towels to soak the water. The wall with electric instalations got wet and at 2AM the fire broke out where the leak was. Despite the gravity of the situation, the hotel staff failed to take immediate action. I had to extinguish the fire myself, evacuate seven floors in panic, and only then did they call emergency services. Their negligence put my safety at serious risk. The lack of responsibility extended further, as the hotel did not offer adequate medical support during or after the incident. the trauma and negligence I experienced have left me with no option but to pursue legal action and a lawsuit has already been filed, and the process is in progress. I strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking this hotel, given their failure to ensure safety and provide appropriate assistance during emergencies. This experience not only ruined my trip but has also led to long-term health and legal implications.

The location was close to main sisli street so that was nice. It is just a short hill to the hotel so not too bad and taxis can drop you off at the front of the hotel When we asked the staff to show us the room before we made a payment…HE STARTED LASHING OUT ON US! I was in utter shock because they usually allow us to see the room but this front desk staff was not pleased to hear that and started arguing with us very loudly. Not good.

The location was very good, easy access to everywhere. The rooms are very clean and the cleaners come and clean everyday including changing the bed sheets everyday. The air con was amazing as it can be very warm in the rooms. It’s a basic and practical room.

my one-night stay at this hotel was a generally positive experience. Although the breakfast selection left something to be desired, the hotel's friendly staff, comfortable room, and convenient location made up for it. I would recommend this hotel for short stays, keeping in mind the limited breakfast choices.
