I enjoyed the hotel, it is small and comfortable. The room was nice, clean, had everything I needed and the AC worked well. The position of the hotel is great, close to 2 metro stations and T1 tram that allows you to reach easily the main tourist attractions. One of the best things was the rooftop terrace where the breakfast is served, it offers a beautiful view. I had some nice relaxing moments there. Hasim at the reception was kind and helpful, and the other hotel staff too. Thank you, I hope to be back in Istanbul, beautiful city, and I will book again this hotel. For me everything was okay.

Location is good,5 minutes from tram to the center, metro is 1 min walk. Staff is very attentive,helpful, I got room changed because original room was with broken Aircon. Staff provide tasty tea, help with tours, laundry. very friendly and hospitality. Also they have spa with hamam and sauna, massage. Breakfast is the same every day, but full with options. First room I got in need renovation, everything else was perfect.

Good location, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast included. The price was acceptable. The biggest issue for me was the window. There was always a draft coming through, and it provided no sound insulation at all. I could hear absolutely everything from the street, which made it really hard to rest. It's especially frustrating when those Turkish drivers keep honking for no reason, and you have no noise isolation whatsoever.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is absolutely fantastic—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, which made my stay even more enjoyable. However, the furniture in the room felt quite dated, and it seemed like the pictures online were taken when the hotel was brand new. While the room was clean and functional, a refresh would certainly enhance the experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the restaurant on the top floor. Sipping a cup of Turkish tea while enjoying the breathtaking sea view was truly special. It’s a wonderful spot to relax, especially in the evenings. Overall, despite the slightly worn-out furnishings, this hotel offers a great stay thanks to its prime location, warm hospitality, and stunning rooftop views. First, the location and the placement of the property are simply perfect, convenient and surrounded by everything you might need. The team, especially Mhammad and the two guys at the reception, were amazing. They were extremely friendly, respectful, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless and super clean, with great attention to detail. Everything was so amazing that I ended up extending my stay because I didn’t want to leave! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul. It truly exceeded all my expectations?

Location pretty okay, 30 min walking from sainte Sophie and really close to the seaside. Bad point very noisy street. Room was okay but bathroom could be cleaner. Spa and hammam was not working, but you only knew if you ask when arrived. Staff smily and friendly but not so English speaker. Breakfast was okay.
