At the beginning facilities and the room were not as we expected (based on the photos we've seen), though as soon as we asked for refund the staff upgraded our room and provided better services. Don't forgret to ask for your rights and things you were promised when placing your order! you paid for it, right!

Excellent location , 3 minutes walk to Yenikapi metro station where you can connect to anywhere in Istanbul . 5 mins to tram which can take you to Hagia Sofia mosque and grand Bazar. Plenty of shopping around with good discount prices.
