The room was fine, clean and the best part I like about the room was the window that was opening outside and bright sunlight would come in the morning. The location is good, very near to metro station, buses & tram. Exchange companies, grocery and mobile company shops, all were very near. Hotel Manager & staff were good and helpful. Overall the stay was worth the amount that we paid for. The breakfast was also quite good. We saw a bed bug on the very first night on my pillow, about which we complained. Afterwards, it did'nt happen again. Drinking water was not being provided properly by the hotel properly.

The breakfast was good. But you should give customers an opportunity to get it at a discount. Even if they have started their stay. Price of the bar drinks and breakfast price.

Breakfast was okay, and Location was perfect. Warm breakfast with a variety of dishes, and vegetables, The bed was broken. 2 beds were joined to make 1 bid bed but all was a disaster as it separated, I couldn't enjoy my sleep.

You get what you pay for. Average with good facilities and great location especially if you came for shopping. Staff were very friendly. Not the best in terms of cleanliness, but you get what you pay for.

Location is good . Room is clean . Breakfast wasn't good . This hotel does not have tea or drinking water in the refrigerator. We informed the manager and he said that we do not have tea and water services. I'm sorry, what is the price of tea and water for you? The air conditioner in the room was broken.

Staff is very helpful and friendly Some rooms have small shower with no door Rooms are close so if your neighbors are annoying good luck chilling or getting sleep

There was no wifi, and the room service did not put clean towels every day. U have to pick them yourself from the staff room. They did not clean the floor and there were no electric kettle and we had to ask for it. And it never came. We could hear everything from the room next to us.
