The location , the staff, and view of the Marmara Sea were the primary advantages of this hotel. We felt so very much at home. It seemed that the staff, Paria and the others behind the desk, the porters and waiters were grateful to be given the chance to serve us, not to forget the guide, Parihan. We also appreciated the cultural program given one night. The breakfasts including the personalized omelet were wonderful. While we respected the no alcohol rule of the hotel, we would have loved a glass of wine with our dinners in their very good restaurant which served the best lentil soup that we had in all of our 20 days in Turkiye

Maybe because its via booking.com we have been given an aisle room with small balcony asked for room replacement as booked room with terrace sea view manger kindly agreed and gave us a roof top room with terrace but with high wall no possible to see the sea view from inside and cctv camera pointing to the terrace seating area !! Ac was noisy at high fan speed need to be kept at low speed. You need to book an third or 4th floor avoid aisle and fifth floor not worthy the money For a five star Hotel is a bit annoying feeling.

What truly made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They were always available via WhatsApp, making everything from questions to recommendations quick and effortless. The breakfast was excellent, with a wonderful selection each morning. We stayed for four nights and genuinely enjoyed every moment. Even though the hotel is in the heart of the Old City, getting to other neighborhoods we wanted to explore was quick and convenient by Uber. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily choose Hotel Mula again on our next trip to Istanbul. Highly recommended!

The location is simply the best for anyone visiting Istanbul. Within just a few minutes’ walk you can reach Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, and many other famous attractions. Despite being in the heart of the historic center, the hotel is incredibly quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. We stayed in Room 412 with a sea view, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. One detail that really impressed us was how incredibly quiet the air conditioning was—it was completely silent, which made sleeping extremely comfortable. This hotel is also an excellent choice for families thanks to its peaceful atmosphere and outstanding cleanliness. I would also like to thank the hotel for arranging our airport transfer. The service was excellent—everything was perfectly organized, the driver arrived exactly on time, there were no delays, and the entire transfer process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I would especially like to thank the amazing hotel staff. Ms. Naz and Ms. Paria from the Front Office provided outstanding hospitality from the moment we arrived. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Ms. Ebru and Ms. Nas from the Housekeeping team. The room was kept in immaculate condition every single day. Everything was cleaned to the highest standard, and their attention to detail was simply outstanding. Thank you to the entire Mula Hotel team for making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely return on our next visit to Istanbul and will happily recommend this wonderful hotel to our family and friends.
