The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Sahel. The breakfast was excellent, and overall everything met the standards of a great 4-star hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and I would happily choose it again for my future stays.

The staff were welcoming and competent. The location was excellent and unique. Speaking of breakfast, it was nice compared to booking fee. In-room service was a little weak for example they didn’t have brush kit.

It felt like good value and was in a very convenient and central location. The breakfast area also converts to a desi restaurant in the afternoons/evenings which was very nice. It has a basic kitchen. The hotel is near an exceptionally noisy street. On Friday and Saturday nights, there is a club nearby that is extremely loud such that we couldn't sleep. If you are planning on staying over the weekend make sure to bring earplugs, since they are not provided.

It has a great location and good breakfast I used to go to Nuru Ziya since 2013 and it was very clean, and this time it was not clean as i found a lot of bed insects in the room. But the staff was understanding and change to a better room.

Friendly staff. Few small problems but managable. I would book it again. The location is good. Everything was near us. Staff were realy friendly. The shower had 2 heads, one normal and one big. The big one didnt work at all. We wanted a bed for 2 person, but we got 2 beds right next to each other, so there was always an annoying gap between the beds. The dishes were a bit dirty. The windows are not soundproof. So any small noise from hallway can be heared, and also every morning between 6-7 morning all the mosques bells start ringing and makes it hard to get a good sleep. But these are small problems and I would book it again.

Staff team are great. Property is uphill although location itself is nice. Wi-fi is impressive, room is not small and the aircon was powerful enough to keep things cool Breakfast is "there's food and it's edible"-level. One of our mattresses was okay, the other one was a giant soft pillow. Whole property has a vibe of something that needs just a little improvement and attention to details and it'll be truly amazing 3-star venue. Now it's "good enough" level
