Very clean place and amazing staff

The location was excellent. Property was very modern, comfortable, normal rooms were ideal for two people. We had the most helpful Staff ever that made sure the stay was comfortable Nothing to complain about really

Staff is great and very very helpful (100/10), location is convenient with many options around, the room is spacious and comfortable. The bar across the street is quite loud. We didn’t have any problem with that though. However, if you do, there are rooms on the opposite site of the building.

Location was very good, staff were kind and helpful and room was very clean. The big shower head didnt work and sink was a little clogged.

We had a wonderful stay at Louis Rooms in Istanbul and would definitely come back. The location is truly amazing—perfect for exploring the city, with everything you might need close by. The staff were exceptional: incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our stay enjoyable. They gave us numerous recommendations for restaurants and activities, and every single one turned out to be great. They also helped us with reservations, which made everything so easy and stress-free. One thing we really appreciated was the airport transfer they arranged for us. We were a group of five, and the price was almost the same as taking the bus, but much more convenient since we were picked up directly from the hotel. The rooms themselves were very nice—well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The beds were especially cozy, and the bathrooms were surprisingly spacious. The balconies were a lovely bonus as well. A small note: rooms facing the backyard are quiet and perfect for a good night’s sleep. However, rooms facing the main street can be a bit noisy, especially on weekends, as there is a lively bar across the street. Overall, a fantastic experience and a great choice for anyone visiting Istanbul.

Everything about this property. The staff was super nice. When I checked in the guy sit with me and gave me a whole introduction of the city and surrounding. The view of my room on the balcony is awesome. Loved every moment. Location wise in the center of the city. Many good restaurants and bars around and lively in the evening. None

Staff, clean, cozy, great location Some noice in the neighborhood

We stayed here during an extended layover and the staff was helpful in arranging a room upgrade to a garden view (less noise, superb view) and a taxi for early morning pickup. While we didn’t stay long, this was an excellent choice and we would stay here again upon return to Istanbul. The road is a bit small and on a hill so just note this for your taxi driver if you have luggage. It’s easy to walk to from a main road where we were dropped off but would’ve been challenging if dragging a large bag

Lovely hotel that’s very central in a great vibey neighborhood. Fantastically helpful staff and exceptional rooms, especially for the price Street-facing room can get some noise from bar, but double-glazing takes care of most of the noise

Louis Rooms is clean, tidy and very comfortable. We had a little balcony and evening drinks from this were great The staff such as Hakan and Orgsan (awesome to us) were very welcoming, helpful and did a great job. We couldnt fault Louis Rooms. We were very happy with Louise Rooms - so no criticisms. We would have rated it 10/10 except it is directly across the road from a bar. It wasnt a big problem but enough to rate it 9/10 rather than a 10. I might add that Louis Rooms cant change this and despite this we would stay there again.

Louis Rooms is a wonderful hotel, located at an excellent point for visitors to be close to public transport, amazing cafes and shops, but also away from the very touristic areas. Our room was spotless clean, the bed was comfortable and we were not bothered by outside noises at all. We also appreciated the high quality toiletries, the welcoming wine and water, and the fact that upon request we could have cleaning service everyday. Lastly, I cannot say enough good words about the welcoming, kind, accommodating staff, everyone in the 24 hour reception went above and beyond to help us with any questions/requests, and they truly made our stay memorable! Everything was perfect, thank you!

The property has a great staff, very communicative and helpful and it helps that they speak English especially for tourists who don’t speak Turkish. The rooms are cozy, clean and much larger than other rooms we stayed in. Whatever you have as extra requirements the team goes the extra mile to make it happen. Absolutely nothing. The property doesn’t have a kitchen so doesn’t serve breakfast but the area around is full of options. Thread and needle box added to the toiletries would be amazing!
