Stayed 5 nights. Amazing historic house in an amazing historic neighborhood! Everything was clean and ready for us. Comfortable beds, air conditioning in every room. Bathrooms newly remodeled. Kitchen fully equipped. One thing to keep in mind that the house is on 3-4 levels, in case if someone has difficulties with stairs. But we loved it! Really enjoyed it! Highly recommend, would stay there again! Thank you, Alice!

Awesome location — just a short walk to Tophane station on the T1 tram line in Beyoğlu, surrounded by great restaurants and cool little shops for unique souvenirs. But the best part of our stay was Ali, the property manager. He went above and beyond for us — arranging taxis, staying in touch before and during our trip, and making sure everything was perfect. A few highlights: 1. We arrived late, and without us asking, Ali messaged to recommend a great spot for dinner. 2. When I had trouble checking in for our Cappadocia flight, Ali personally called the airline and sorted it out for me so we wouldn’t face any problems at the airport. 3. We needed a drying rack — he had a brand new one delivered the very next day. Honestly, the best service you could ever hope for. Highly recommend The House Company to anyone visiting Istanbul! It's on a very nice little street and everything feels nice. At the top of the building there is a terrace complete with a coach, a bar, places where you can hang your clothes on. It's really clean and cozy.

I loved the central location, very close to all the cute restaurants, galaport and just generally very cute area;) The host is one of the most sweetest hosts I’ve ever had, super caring and helpful!!!! They really tried their best to make my stay special, recommending me the best restaurants and places to visit. The apartment is really cute, clean, new and stylish like on photos. Has everything you need and maybe even more, I stayed o my a few days but I’d happily stay there long term;) Could be a bit noisy sometimes

the room was spacious, our host took care of anything we need. a very friendly place to stay. there was a piece of live soft music on the street, which we enjoyed. We had concerns about self-check-in at first but it was easy when we arrived
